第六海灘公寓飯店

Was given a voucher to stay here . I was taken back at the cost to stay for only 4 days. Fortunately the unit was beautifully designed an well appointed. Laughed that we were so happy to have a cold water function in fridge an an enormous supply of ice. Small things by didn't go unnoticed. Managers of Beach on Sixth were amazing an would go out of thier way to help. There are fabulous coffee shops in surrounding streets. Would love to stay again but my budget just couldn't. But for if you can afford it Beaches on Sixth is a great place to stay.

We stayed in the penthouse and found it exceptional. The views were amazing and the apartment was very spacious. The kitchen facilities were great, the beds comfortable and the living areas were very welcoming with views from many vantage points. The balcony area was enormous with lots of outdoor furniture. The location was very central to lots of cafes and restaurants and the beach was right there. We enjoyed the pool area . The manager of the property was an extremely helpful and friendly lady. We would love the opportunity to stay again in the future

Returning holiday goers to beach on 6th for 8 years and this year was the first time we've found our stay terrible, first we didn't get the room that we had booked and confirmed after traveling 5 hours to get there we found this out as we got there and after arguing with management who were rude and arrogant did nothing to help resolve the situation and told us to cancel. Also the price has nearly doubled from 2023 and the maintenance of the complex is terrible, many lights in room not working bathroom door handle not working, air conditioner leaking fluid. In the gym bathroom the toilet would backup when flushed, the bbq in the pool area was disgusting and we spent 20 minutes cleaning it before we used it.

Penthouse booked and paid for in full for the week over New Year’s. Two days after paying in full (and less than a month before Christmas) I receive a call to advise that I would not be happy, but the owner has decided to stay here for New Year’s Eve and our booking was canceled. We would be refunded. I was incredibly upset. I explained that legally she could not do this. Her response whilst apologetic was she had no choice. She said we could stay another time with a free night, but given my husband has his own business and can only take off a short amount of time each year this wasn’t possible. Was also given option of staying in a much smaller 2 bedroom unit during parts of our available days, which given the circumstances I think is in quite poor taste. After an incredibly traumatic year with my child’s health, this was the holiday we needed and I do not have any fight left in me this year to take matters further. This accomodation won’t always honour confirmed bookings. Simply another example of selfishness. Please be incredibly careful when booking. Refund has come through.
