阿爾皮納俱樂部公寓飯店

We stayed here as a family of 3 in June was our first time at the hotel we usually stay all inclusive but fancied a change this year and was not disappointed,rooms were spacious and cleaned daily only thing a would say was the lighting a bit dull but we managed ,the pool.was a good size and very clean was seen getting cleaned daily ,hotel staff was all lovely and welcoming ,the bar staff and kitchen staff were on point food was perfect no complaints and the alcohol well let's just say I need a holiday from my holiday lol all drinks were string no rubbish here for that reason we have rebooked for August as a bigger family returning ,and last but not least the entertainment staff went above and beyond the did there very best each day ,we attended the pool party /foam party was a great laugh was 20 pound each and this included a 3 course meal we also went to the bbq night that was also delicious a special mention to mickey and Eddie and Carl the became like our family within the first day of being there a felt like a had known these boys for years miss them and can't wait to return to see them all ,was sad to leave but happy to know I will be going g back soon

We stayed for 2weeks self catering Air conditioning is available at 40 pound per week, only 1 unit per apartment ours was located in the bedroom. WiFi available in hotel entrance and pool area apparently We were not made aware of this and paid for a box 45 pound for 2 weeks. Stove tripped the electrics on the 4 th day Guy came up turned of trip switch said he would fix it next day Went to the desk next day guy said he had no record of this so must be fixed,when I told him it wasn't he said he would get someone to look at it. Back to the desk next day hotel manager Informed him he also had no record of this, When I tried to explain I had been 3 times was quite abrupt and said you have told me now,and he would get housekeeping to check needless to say it never got fixed. Pool area was OK sometimes a bit crowded No lifeguards visible!! at either kids or big pool,only occasionally when the pool slides were open. Noisy at night doors slamming till 3 am and a few fights broke out Bar restaurant staff friendly and attentive And good with the children if it wasn't for these ppl I think it would be way less popular Food poor quality I would strongly advise against the barbecue buffet Went for family meal would have been 150 pound if paid in lira 166 cause we paid english exchange rate .50 everywhere else .53 or above This changed 2 days before we left. Scottish money .45 same as euro. If getting any treatments photos make sure to get a price upfront or you will be in for a shock I personally would never go back

Club alpina, is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Not very clean, hotel reception not very welcoming pool very small. Just not a pleasant holiday at all
