В отеле 2 корпуса. Во втором корпусе нет вайфай , в номере очень плохие кровати, в душе нет даже шторки, вода идёт или из крана, или из лейки на потолке прямо на пол. Заявленных денег не стоит.

Berbat bir otel arkadaşlar sakın gelmeyin, temizlik sıfır, yani bu odada böcek bile kalmaz yani bernatşığını anlatamıyorum kesinlikle gelmeyin üç beş daha para koyun adam akıllı bir yerse kalın, jollyden ayarlamıştım oradan da ayrıca şikayet edeceğim

Odalar çok kirli, odadaki eşyaların eski olmasını sorun etmem ama kirli olması, tozlu olması, çarşafların, yastık kılıflarının lekeli olması büyük sorun..ayrıca odada defalarca hamam böceği öldürdük..iğrene iğrene kaldık odada..otel benim, mal benim modunda olan işletmeci Mehmet bey çok nezaketsiz ve kaba..hayatımda ilk defa bir otelde otel sahiplerinden çekinerek kaldım..adam kendi ağzıyla be sıcak para severim diyor. Anladığım kadarıyla işletmenin mantığı şu, bana para getirsin bu müşteri, canı cehennme, marmaris bölgesinde çok fazla turist sirkülasyonu olduğu için aynı müşteri seneye gelir mi gelmez mi umurlarında değil.gelen müşterimizi rahat ettirelim, yardımcı olalım, onlar bizim misafirlerimiz anlayışı yok.size tamamen paramızı alırız, sizin canınız cehennme gözüyle bakıyorlar..evet uygun bir otel.ama siz siz olun tüm yıl tatil yapmak için biriktirdiğiniz o parayı burayla heba etmeyin.3-5 kuruş daha fazla verip kendinizi değerli hissedeceğiniz bir yerde konaklayın..kahvaltısı vasat, kullanılan tabaklar bile kırık hep, içerik zaten vasat..kahvaltı yapılan otelin lobisinde sokak kedileri geziyor..bizde otele yatmadan yatmaya gidecez ne de olsa mantıcıyla uygun fiyatlınolması sebebiyle burayı seçtik ama gerçekten kalınacak gibi değil.odanın pisliği, hamam böcekleri ve otel sahibinin ukala ukala davranışları..paranızla rezil olmayın..

The place was absolutely filthy. I'm 70 and found the manager to be aggressive not just with me but with all the guests. There is no restaurant and you can't use the Turkish baths as it's full of broken furniture and glass cabinets. One of the swimming pools only has about 6 inch of water and is full of rotten food and fag ends. I complained that the sheets hadn't been changed from the last people in the room and they were stains on them . But the manager wouldn't have them changed. It seemed like the manager was using the place as a *******. I wouldn't go back if I was paid to . Why on the beach and sunshine holidays use this place I don't know. If definitely not inspected

Hotel from hell I’ve never experienced anything like this before in my lifetime,no cleaners had to ask for clean towels daily actually had to ask for everything from toilet paper to towels and get the room cleaned,bed changed ect,fridge was like a heater,wires hanging no tv no kettle,toilet seat sat on floor with fittings,curtains half way up the window,bathroom window wouldn’t close noise was horrendous,every time I ask for something to get fixed I was ignored as was everyone,I tried my best to get on with it and stick it out but they don’t even serve food only breakfast,the final straw for me was I went to change my own bed to find the mattress and pillows were absolutely filthy disgusting 🤢 I left after that still scratching thinking about what I was lying on,as for the fights every night usually the manager with guests was unbelievable the things he said to people,and got away with it,and most definitely a knocking shop I was ground floor so seen everything in and out every hour management didn’t care as long as he got paid 😡 the pool and sitting area stinking

The hotel is run down rooms are terrible with lots of broken things:- shower toilets fridges. Never had room cleaned or towels changed. Had to ask a few times for toilet paper. Around the pool is very dirty with about 6 sun loungers for all the hotel. Sun loungers are very old and brittle. The manager is very rude and gets his kids to do all the work. Hope this hotel gets shut down. Please stay away.

Absolutel dump rudest manager i havr ever met and a con merchant , charging me £100 for my room id already paid , wouldnt give me the key unless i handed the £100 , i had no choice because all my belongings were in my room , never again id go there

Booked at the Golden Star for two weeks May 2022 think I have been there 6 times now. The boss Mehmet and mini boss Mustafa very funny and please take time to get to know them!!!. Booked direct and received a great daily rate, with Turkish breakfast included. (Please try it you will enjoy) Rooms are basic (please remember what you are paying) but they have everything you need with clean towels and bedding every 2 days. The pool is small like all Turkish pools but area is clean, with reasonable priced drinks served all day Just a 5min walk to lovely clean beaches, good places to eat and shops. Please get to know the team as they are very kind and hard working people. They do have to work to a budget as cost are kept low.

After being offered 5th room as all other rooms were smelling of stale smoke. The 5th room was still smelling of smoke and toilet was a disgusting. Dropped case off and had to purchase cleaning products. My room didn’t see a cleaner until the day before I was leaving ( on 6th day) would not recommend sorry
