誠摯公寓飯店

Really poor experience, booked for 2 weeks and only ended up staying one night, room was like what I can only describe as a hostel although I can only imagine hostels would be better.This we could of probably lived with, we then found the bedding/mattress and pillows was stained. The first day we went back on the night to show one of our friends who was staying in another hotel our room we was confronted infront of a bar/restaurant full of people and shouted at by staff as if we were children. This felt really degrading as everyone in the bar/restaurant was looking which was embarrassing. The reviews that state you are only treat good if you eat and drink every meal in the restaurant are true. They also close the reception entrance during the night so you have to walk through a bar full of people every night to go back to your room. Thankfully after one night in this place we just left as I was ready to go back home if I’m honest. But luckily we managed to find a lovely hotel. I personally would never ever book here again.

I wanted to leave an honest review based on our experience. First foremost I wanted to say the staff are brilliant, friendly and entertaining. If we come back to marmaris we would definitely pop in and say hi, unfortunately we wouldn't stay again. The amazing staff are let down by the hotel itself, the rooms need some love and attention, there is very limited cooking equipment ( 1 pan, 2 ring hob are the only resources), the bathrooms need an overhaul and there is no WiFi unless you are at the bar area/some parts of the pool. We had raised some issues while there and upon return and have been a bit disappointed with the response. If you want a friendly base and don't need much from a room, this is your place. The staff are by far the best thing about Sincerity, they work hard, are fun and are probably the reason people go back again and again. 5 staff for the staff / 2 star for hotel.

Excellent hotel/apartments. Very clean and spacious nice and quiet no bothering you all the time totally relaxed all my stay I will be coming back in June with friends I met here staff are pleasant and very helpful 🫶🏽
