舒適飯店 - 多倫多東北

Very good. Better than I thought. But you need to stay in upper floor and don’t put too much expectation

We booked a room for 3 people and was given the bed linen to make our own bed and the bedsheets were not replaced properly when the room was tidied. Tissues not replaced when emptied. The breakfast was decent though the dinning area was a bit cramped. The location was good and convenient to get to nearby malls.

Stayed overnight for one night. Quite clean and convenient. I will stay here again.

Questo hotel si trova a circa 25 km da Toronto, è comodo per chi si muove in macchina. L’accoglienza non è un granché, il personale è sbrigativo e di poche parole, ma la struttura è tutto sommato valida: camere pulite, e una piscina piccola ma molto bella, che farà felici i bambini se viaggiate in famiglia.

Une piscine, un spa salle d'exercices et un petit déjeuné toujours complet(café,œuf bacon , gaufres, fruits céréales yogourt jus d'orange ) il ne manque de rien .Le personnel est toujours attentifs. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Le wifi n'est pas toujours rapide et fiable. Le resto chinois en face est très bon !

Lacking in many areas. 1. Requested crib on reservation, and in comments. Asked when we checked in. Asked again when we returned to the hotel at 10pm and was told they might not have one. Thankfully for them, they found a pack and play (but it was filthy. I scrubbed it before I put the baby in it). 2. No elevator and lots of baby stuff don’t go well together. Thankfully, they found us something on the first floor. 3. Wifi was TERRIBLE. Only worked on one side of the bed and nowhere else in the room. 5. No sheers on the windows…only blackout curtains. Made the room very dark, but 6. First floor rooms back onto a sidewalk that runs right alongside the hotel, so not really private feeling 7. Rooms were very dated. 8. Hair dryer broke mid use. Thankfully, we were able to get a replacement. 9. Other entrances were “out of service”…long walk with baby stuff. 10. Breakfast was lame. 11. No night table on one side of the bed in a king room. But: A) Bed was suuuuuuper comfy. B) Water pressure is excellent. C) Easy to find location with sufficient parking onsite. D) Room felt clean. E) Had a fridge and microwave.
