就在碼頭旁邊兒，房間小的就別説了，這邊兒的房價普遍比較高，還好是攜程上訂沒有税和其他的，費用停車費需要45美元。設施足夠老，不過普遍沒有國內的那麼先進，床還不錯

房間老舊，牙刷牙膏拖鞋礦泉水什麼都不提供，距離便利店也有好一段距離沒車很不方便，兩千多的價真不至於

誠實地。一個可愛的酒店，但不值這個價 如果你要去，只要確保你沒有得到 1102 房間。甚至前台工作人員也同意她經常聽到關於它的大小和位置的投訴

I’ve stayed a number of times before, and the location is wonderful - unfortunately that is the only thing this hotel has going for it. Room couldn’t be cleaned due to lack of staff. At any hotel that is a basic requirement - at 500 $ per night especially so. Hostess at the restaurant was downright rude. Service was poor. Restaurant staff was not knowledgeable. When asked where the tuna was from, the waiter replied - I’m pretty sure it’s from the ocean.

Everything about this place is a disaster. Stay away. They are dishonest and over charge. I am still fighting to get my money back after being charged $975 for a room I booked for $400. In addition, every employee is miserable, from the valet, to the front desk, to the restaurant workers. Not a smile on any of them. Rooms are average. The $400 was probably a bit much for what you get, but the fact that they are also trying to scam customers makes it a huge red flag! Stay away! Oh, and also, the pool is filthy, all sorts of stuff floating in it and on the bottom.

I dont take my time to write reviews but this place exceeded all expectations and I can truly say i was grateful i booked this place.The area felt safe and upscale . Clean sheets , clean room was one priority for myself when booking. As soon as you walk in , it seems wonderful ✍. Loved every minute.

Front desk staff incompetent. Checked in late night. Was asked if we wanted our room to be cleaned (not sure why anyone wouldn’t) they asked if we wanted it cleaned every day and we said yes. The next day we were out the whole day and when we came back around 6 pm, room was no cleaned. We went to the front desk told them and they said there was nobody there to clean it at that time. They asked if we wanted new towels etc and we said yes. We went out for dinner, came back around 10:00 and no new towels. We asked if we can get them again and we got some. We told them to make sure we were on the list to clean the next day and they said yes. The next day after breakfast we went to the front desk to ask if we were on the list for cleaning and they said we were not. We literally asked about 5 different times to have our room cleaned during our 3 night stay. Was pathetic!

We we checked bin we asked explicitly to clean our room daily basis Unfortunately, when we got t on the room at night we just realized that it wasn’t clean and we don’t have any fresh towels. Additionally, they charge $45 for a daily parking which is pricey

Scenery was great. The sea lions woke us up, which reminded me of roosters crowing. The plants around the welcome sign had been trampled, probably for photos. The other plants n flowers were beautiful n we'll managed.

Tienes que pedir que te hagan el cuarto .... si no, no lo hacen. Me pareció que un hotel de esta categoría no debería "ahorr****" la limpieza.
