A peaceful escape the whole family can enjoy. This spacious condo has 2 private bedrooms, accompanied by two full bathrooms. The open kitchen dining and living area is extremely invigorating. A home fulfilling all your daily needs. Have an extra guest, the couch pulls out to a sofa bed. The central marina location allows for walking to the marina and a short drive to the beach. Close proximity to Lax airport, Santa Monica, Malibu, Beverly Hills, Downtown, and Hollywood.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please we be courteous of neighbors.
