馬裡戈灣佐伊特里 - 全包式(Zoetry Marigot Bay - All Inclusive)

We didn’t have our complementary bottle of wine and the plunge pool was not a plunge pool. There was some sort of black dots looked like molding in our hot tub. They false advertised as a plunge pool. Very disappointing. Instead we received a moldy hot tub, I wish I had noticed earlier in our stay instead of a couple days before we would leave. At the point it wasn’t worth it. Other than that the staff was amazing and friendly, and really helpful!

Every meal took an hour to receive. There was no entertainment. There were cats everywhere and fighting when you were trying to eat at a nice Resturant. The only time staff was attentive and actually cared about you was when the big bosses were around and it showed. It was really a poor experience. The food was mediocre. The beach was the worst I’ve ever seen, wouldn’t consider it a beach.

Très beau site en bordure de la marina. Des employés dévoués tels que Johann, Nathalia (Hurricane Hole), Eddie (sommelier), Arleen, Genia et Benisha. Nourriture était excellente.

The surrounding area is amazing , and veiws was breathtaking. But the service and staff wasn’t up to par. Every meal we had at the hotel we had to wait over an hour for. We asked for decorations for the room it wasn’t done until we asked a thrid time. They booked the wrong spa treatment for our services and didn’t change it. Our driver car broke down on the side of the road and we were surrounded by people looking in the car. Mind we are two women. There’s no ATM on site there’s no store to buy like small essentials. It just what I expected for the price I paid.

The layout of the property isn't the easiest to figure out. This place was a work out. It's basically set on a steep hill and the stairs are like a corn maze to figure out. If you are considering visiting here make sure to ASK QUESTIONS because if your experience is like mine- you'll get frustrated finding out things later on. Very quiet property- no activities really happening on the actual resort besides food, drinks, and entertaining yourself. If you like quiet and no activity then this would be the place for you. We didn't realize we can get a ride to our room until the second to last day so we were hiking back and forth pretty much our whole time there which became a deterrent to leave the room at times. The food was pretty good but there were 2-3 occasions where my wife had hair in her food which was disappointing. The hospitality service set up is a great concept but needs so fine tuning. You are assigned Butlers that can help expedite certain request for services but you got to remember they're probably assisting other guests so there could be a wait with them as well. I can say the staff tries their hardest to address any concerns but overall the fact that we kept running into issues was a let down in itself.

The staff is very friendly but we were disappointed with the resort. The food is bland, the service was slow and inconsistent and the bathrooms wreaked like mold.
