"The Hotel itself deserves a solid 4. However, due to its location, Margate Town and Beach, I deducted a point. The town is sadly neglected, and the beach is polluted. With that said, the accommodation is very nice. The pool, children's playground, spa, and bar are very good. The rooms could do with some renovation but are still exceptional with a lovely private balcony, including braai."

"Very pleasant stay, well maintained and secure property. The heated pool was a hit with everyone. Perhaps renting out beach towels may be a revenue stream that can be looked at otherwise a very relaxing and affordable vacation. The managing staff were very friendly and helpful - the cleaning staff were a bit morose possibly a result of having to work during this time of year ..."
