The property offers 2250 sq. ft. under air (central A/C) and 3800 totally fenced backyard with the entire rear portion of the home overlooking the custom heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and palms trees. There is also a small area, next to the double French door overlooking the backyard, furnished with a contemporary sofa, a mirror, and three bar-stools.The master suite has a king size bed, the master bath was just renovated, it has a shower, double sink vanity and a closet. The other bedrooms have queen size beds and all have LED smart TVs, all with Sling TV, bring your stick. Gorgeous furnishings throughout the house including a high rectangular dining room table that seats eight comfortably.All new updated lighting and porcelain tile throughout with marble appointments in the dining area and second bath.
