Very nice room freshly upgraded. Everything was fresh and smelling brand new

Staff at check-in and check-out were friendly. Room was clean. But I feel ripped off. The "breakfast" listed in the online ads I used to make the bookings was a granola bar and coffee, juice machine was broken or empty, with no substitute. That's not breakfast, that's false advertising. And the promised bathroom supplies didn't include conditioner (I asked). Really? Those are the corners you cut? The hotel must be run by people with no hair. The front desk staff have the customer service thing down, but the decisions management has made about food and amenities is not worth the $143/night after taxes. I won't be booking another Super 8.

This hotel is along a street with lots of other hotels, so nothing fancy. But! The beds were so very comfortable and the rooms were decently sized. Great shower experience. Check in was easy and staff were very kind and professional. Breakfast was nothing to brag about but I'm not staying for the food. The most important part was the quality of sleep (great!), the room (so clean!) and the shower (excellent). Would stay there again, especially for the price.

We had two rooms to accommodate our large family. They put us right across the hall from each other--awesome. We appreciated the microwave and mini fridge in the rooms. The walls are thick. We didn't hear any noise from any other guests (we were on the top floor). The breakfast is grab and go in the lobby (take to eat in your room). We came toward the end and they were out of fruit (bananas). Waffles were just Eggo waffles. There was yogurt, packaged pastries, juice, cereal, coffee, instant oatmeal, and bread for toast. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and nice.

The Super 8 was a descent restaurant but nothing special. Great for traveling. The room was clean. The neighborhood was ok & U of O nearby. Good for visiting family. Restaurants & stores close by. If the hotel is simply a night stay, it is fine. If you are looking for a destination hotel, go elsewhere.
