If you enjoy watching boats and yachts of all sizes with the regular bonus of dolphins frolicking about you’ll love this unit, (binoculars provided for close ups.) Many condos on Marco Island squeeze 2 bed 2 bath in the same sq footage. This layout provides you with a very comfortable and open living space so you will not feel cramped.
