NO STORM DAMAGE!The home is centrally located on the island with an 8 foot biking and walking path to the beach in front of the house(1.5 miles to beach) shopping plaza and gym (0.5 mile away) There is ample parking with a 2 car garage and 2 spaces for golf carts or guests (driveway on quiet side street Madagascar) The home has 3 “suites” as each bedroom has its own bath and accommodates up to 6 guests. The 30 x 28 foot vaulted ceiling great room overlooks the pool and beautiful long water view. Pool with spa air jets and is heated by Solar-Great room: comprising of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area which all have a view to the lanai pool and open water view.
