Great condo community.
1st time on Marco Island. Condo was sweet. Bedroom very small….
Best for a single renter. The VRBO listing stated 5 minute walk to beach, which is why we chose this rental. However, only owners are allowed on that beach. All Seabreeze South rentals state 5 minute walk????? Owner is a really nice guy. Awesome pool and great restaurants!

The pool is very close and really nice. The condo is great. Had a great vacation with perfect weather.

Piece of paradise
Freddy the owner is a gracious host. He responded immediately to our questions regarding the property. This property is close the beach for those long walks and is across the street with restaurants with indoor and outdoor dining. Great location 💕
