Couch in the living room makes into a comfortable queen bed with a 42' LED flat screen TV with cable and WI-FI in place. This gated condo complex has 2 large pools, 2 spas-hot tubs, gas BBQ grills, 3 tennis courts, walking path, marina, and docks available (minimal extra charge) and a clubhouse. Take in the daily dolphin shows from the comfort of your private balcony or watch the watercraft of all sizes and shapes passing through at idle speed. The Riverside Club is in close proximity to several restaurants and shops. The Marco Island Beach is just a short drive or bike ride away (bike rental just outside the complex).
