利里奧別墅飯店(Hotel Villas Lirio)

Onze verwachting van het hotel kwam niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Hotel lag op een kleine oppervlakte, veel trappen te nemen en in een druk gebied met veel verkeer. Nochtans hadden we hiervan geen last. Maar de hotelbeleving was hierdoor anders dan we gewoon waren van andere hotels op Costa Rica. Aan te raden is om een kamer met airco te nemen. De zwembaden waren ok. Alles was proper en het personeel was super vriendelijk. We kregen een gratis upgrade van een kamer met fan naar één met airco. Ontbijt is ok. Diner hebben we in restaurant zeer dichtbij hotel genomen.

El personal muy amoroso en términos generales, lo que sí encontré un hotel muy oscuro, en general el confort es muy bueno, sin embargo, es un hotel medio antiguo. Con respecto a la relación precio calidad, creo que es un hotel muy caro para lo que ofrece.

I really wanted to like this property because the lush grounds are beautiful. However, everything else was terrible and I really did not enjoy my stay even though it was for one night. We were in room 202 which was a suite but the room smelled extremely bad and musty. The room decor is very dated and needs extensive renovations. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. In the morning, we had a surprise cockroach next our bed. The restaurant is also very dated with terrible decor. The food was ok.

Exc relación Calidad Precio. Habitaciones muy limpias, muy buen servicio del personal. No cuenta con vista al océano, sin embargo la ubicación es perfecta. Muy cerca del parque nacional y de las mejores playas.

The room we got was next to pool, pool bar and entertainment room, and because of that was a VERY noisy room, not ideal for a relaxed weekend. Also the bed was not at all comfortable, too hard. The parking is also very limited. Personnel was very nice no complain on that. The food was also good.

A pesar de que es una propiedad antigua, se ve cuidada, limpia y el personal muy amable.

The hotel is not recent but has been well maintained over the years. It has a nice retro look. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant offers a reasonable choice. The hotel plot is hilly so might be difficult for people with mobility problems. Convenient for both national park, beach and town.

This is a beautiful hotel - walkways through lush gardens… My room was spacious and comfortable, decorated with stunning paintings. The swimming pool was gorgeous. My only complaint was that the restaurant team played loud music for most of the day, which, due to the position of the speakers, could be heard everywhere - in my room - by the pool etc.. This interrupted my peace and relaxation. I politely spoke to the staff and manager, so I hope that this will be sorted out. A playlist with chill out music at a sensible volume would be far more suitable.
