La habitación 301-302 son inadecuadas para personas mayores u para su servicio “PET friendly” cobran una tarifa de $30 por día por la mascota y las condiciones son inadecuadas. Demasiadas escaleras y gradas y pasillos oscuros para llegar a la habitación.

Meget god oplevelse
Vi mødte op til en sød receptionist. Der var lidt fejl med værelset, men det blev hurtigt rettet, og vi blev opgraderet til en kæmpe suite, med den smukkeste udsigt vi har set. Alle på hotellet var søde og serviceminded. Maden var helt vidunderlig, både morgenmad og aftensmaden var smagen og størrelsen perfekt.
Det eneste vi havde lidt med, var vores aircondition på værelset , som larmede en del.

Bonitas vistas y servicio de 5 estrellas !
La experiencia en la estadía fue muy agradable y placentera. Muy buen servicio, calides en la atención y amabilidad. Disfrutamos mucho en especial de la cortesía y buen trato de Alejandra en recepción y de Roy en el bar de la piscina. Definitivamente recomiendo quedarse en el hotel !

Beware - check hotel status
The good: the staff was friendly and helpful.
The bad: it felt like staying in a construction site instead of a hotel.
The hotel is going through major renovations. It is dirty all over and debris in some areas. Pool is closed and hot tab dismantled. Water leaking in the balcony and a lot of noise, water leaking and wet floor in the lobby, broken ceiling with construction equipment in the lobby. Basic breakfast is missing items on the short menu, and for any other food/meal we have been sent to a nearby hotel.
We didn't know about the place status. The real status is far from the nice photos and amenities and the booking site.

This hotel is under renovations. We didn't know about it when we made a reservation. We came on 11/13 to the hotel and found out that it is under renovations. Why didn't ******* let us know ??? We paid a full amount, even more than the other hotel next to this hotel that wasn't under renovations. Our hotel sent us to the next hotel if we wanted spa and pool. It was raining very heavily on that week, who wants to start going to the next hotel? Also there were wet spots in the hotel, breakfast was missing a lot of things on the menu, and they didn't have enough staff. I expect ******* to check and let us know on the situation when the hotel is under renovations.

The hotel is clearly under renovation and nobody told us before traveling from abroad in a group of 8 people with 4 little kids! Even though the staff was friendly and trying to help but the infrastructure of the hotel was beyond horrible. The pool was closed also under renovation. We did not know until we get there.
