I absolutely love the place any time I'm anywhere near here I stay there and always had an awesome experience. They rooms are always immaculate they breakfast is good and they have a very friendly staff. Because I'm in a whole other state from my parents I travel to Mansfield often so I'm glad I found a nice clean hotel in their city..........kudos to you guys

Cleanliness is not a priority at this hotel. There are food crumbs and trash all over the floors in rooms as well as hallway. The bathroom look to just be wiped down and not scrubbed properly, trash is only taken out every other day it seems. The beds are just thrown together with no attention to detail and sheets look grimy as if they are not washed correctly. Management as well as the staff seem to not care how dirty there hotel looks.

We found this hotel to be very clean, comfortable and quiet. After a long day on the road and higher prices in the Shreveport area, we found this hotel to be affordable. When pulling into the hotel, the parking lot was full and well lit, which I felt was a good sign. Rooms were comfortable and looked to be recently repainted. Beds were comfortable and both of us had a good nights sleep. Breakfast varies on covid restrictions at each Comfort Inns so we planned on that ahead of time. When we arrived at this hotel there are only a few restaurants around the hotel that we open but we found sandwiches & salads at a large grocery store a couple blocks away. Would stay here again if in the area.
