There is no staff there you must check in completely on your phone and it can take a while it is not a straightforward process. When I got to the room at 5:30pm room service had not clean the room and the hotel did not have another room for me to stay. So I left and booked another hotel, I will never again stay here. I stay in Mannheim once a week and these people will not get any of my money.
