This is my 3rd stay, location is good and room is clean, will come back again

First time stayng at this hotel, it was ok, the rooms requires an update, and just on time for a nice welcome... at 1:30am the fire alarm went off and fire fighters called in. It was a bad experience, being awaken badly, out in the cold with your pj's!

Had a bad experience here. checked in went to our room it was cold the unit was blowing cold air even when the heat was turned up to 90 degrees called the front desk the guy finally showed up after about 20 minutes confirmed it wasn't working said he would see what he could do to get a different room we waited for about another 20minutes or so didn't here any thing we went down to the front desk with our stuff waited there another half hour wile the two at the desk waited on other customers then they stood there chit chatting about kids being noisy the night before wasn't until we asked what was going on that she said the the only room left was a suit and because we booked through hotels,com it was a third party booking that they couldn't give us the room so we had to go find another hotel even as a gold member

The TV did not work right at all. When we tried to tune into CBS there was another station and we could hear the audio for CBS - but it was a different picture. Hotel is a little tired.

Everything was great except for the spectrum tv service. A lot of channels that the hotel guide provided did not work. Minor inconvenience with small children.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants close by. Very clean. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

The first floor was just remodeled but I was told they are regular rooms and not suites. 2nd to 4th floors are not recently updated although the room didn't feel terribly outdated. It was decently clean but needed some TLC as a lamp shade was broke and there was water damage around the bathtub. The hallways on the 2nd to 4th floors are outdated with wallpaper and bad lighting. The pool area looks nice but desperately needs to be cleaned around the edge, just above the water and there is no hot tub if you're looking for that. The continental breakfast was average in my opinion. There is nothing directly by the hotel but a lot of things a short drive away, maybe a mile. I was there during a snow storm and they had nobody plow the parking lot or driveway the whole time which I thought was strange being its a hotel. The staff were all nice and accompanying. Overall, the lobby and bottom floor look very nice being just remodeled. I'm assuming they'll do the rest of the floors but I did not ask. It's an ok, quiet place that was decently priced with nice staff when I was there and overall clean except what I mentioned about the pool. I would consider staying here again, especially if they remodel the rest of the hotel.
