"This place was a mess. Run down, musty-smelling old place. Wifi was negligible. rooms smelled musty and old. The sliding door to nowhere opened but the screen fell out every time you opened the door. The best thing about this place was the USS City of Milwaukee right across the road. "

"Pool turned my hair green! But thats not even the worst part! When I went to the front desk just to tell someone i was calm and collect until i met DEB. Deb the pool lady? (I hope she wasn't a manager but judging by the bugs in our room I wouldnt be surprised) Deb was immediatly defensive and said it couldnt be from their pool it had to be something I did...she then tested chemicals and showed me there was almost no presence of chlorine in the pool ( a problem in its self!) I began getting agitated assuring her I didnt care what the chemical test showed. I just wanted to let her know her pool turned my hair green. She was rude aggressive and even said "what do you want me to do about it? Its not our fault" I was and am visibly mad and becoming angry at this point I took Her name and said thank you. But not once was I told "sorry" or "I Will look onto this"or any other hint of proper customer service. I was only told I Could take care of it myself and it was from chlorine which their pool doesnt have....ps. Deb its not from chlorine it from improper chemical balance in the pool. Google it. So if you dont mind bugs, filtly rooms and green hair this hotel is great 😲"
