酒店位置ok,交通方便，清靜。隔街有亇公園。鬧中取靜。但wifi有時不穩定，較弱。

房間衞生都很好，衹是最後退房的時候發生了一點事情很是影響心情。入住時，房間裏並沒有浴巾，本應該是他們的工作失誤，結果退房時説我們沒有浴巾耽擱了近一個小時的時間，真是讓人很氣憤。所以奉勸大家入住時要檢查清楚房間的設施，免得退房的時候説不清楚。

窗户不能打開，這邊的房間都有一種可能他們這邊的薰香的味道？服務人員很有禮貌，泳池每天都補充新的水。不過，換氣扇是裝飾，光線也不太亮。

房間很空酒店比較老，但是環境很幽靜。

房間陰暗潮濕，不乾淨，房門鎖是壞的，出去回來開不了門，不值這個價格

Location - Very Near Paco Park and Padre Faura if you need to attend an event in Paco Park, this is a gem for you in terms of location. Cleanliness - The team may need extreme cleaning of toilets. The bathroom has little worms crawling. The bed and Floor may have had its time. There was a tea cup that had been sitting on the hallway for 3 days from the time I checked in to check out, the cup was still there. Service - I think the Hotel operates with Lean people in their team. But works efficiently and the people tries their best.

Only the 2 security employees and the house keepers were good especially Jade and Christian plus 2 Receptionists wearing glasses and blue uniform were good but unfortunately others were terrible and we are disappointed because we found 3 Mice (Mouses) and a lot Coxkroaches in the room..thus THIS HOTEL IS OLD AND NOT RECOMMENDED

We booked for just an overnight. The staff are accommodating and polite. The room was clean and quiet. We rest well. Thank you!

Great stay and well looked after. Easy trip to Robinson's Place Ermita. Well priced and the pool is great. Thank you for your good service except took far too long checking in. No need to keep tired travellers waiting so long.

I had a pleasant stay at Arzo Hotel! I loved their cozy lobby, and they offer free coffee, which was a nice touch. The Wi-Fi is fast, and they have a pool area and dining options available. The hotel is super accessible, just a short walk to the UN MRT station, and it's also close to attractions like museums and right across from Paco Park. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Just manage your expectations regarding the rooms—they're a bit dated, but they provide complete toiletries. The hot shower was a little tricky to figure out, but the water temperature was tolerable. Overall, it was a good experience!
