When you book a room for five people and they only stock it for two, the customer should not have to go to the front desk to pick up the extra towels and washcloths; also, everything should be included in the closet to set up the sofa bed. Also, tubs are not safe. They may advertise slip proof, but when soap and shampoo get on the surface, slip proof is not possible. They need grab bars in all bathrooms

The beds were super comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Very clean and loved the shower. Also love that you supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Knowing that it saves me on packing the extra stuff when flying!!! I appreciate that!!!

Check in was a delight. Very friendly, quick. Able to provide recommendations and a coupon for dinner. Room was clean. Beds comfortable.

The room was clean. We had the king bed option. There were no usb ports on either side of the bed. (would have been nice as we use our phones to read and set a wake up alarm) Ample towels, but this room only had a shower, no tub. Something to watch for when making reservations. They list a restaurant in the facility but it is only a bistro bar and a limited menu - that said, the food that we did have was very good.

The beds were not the most comfortable, We left one day early for this reason. Other than that the stay was nice and the staff was very hospitable.

This Courtyard was definitely well-maintained, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our only problem was with the food area. We decided to eat in on Sunday and were told dinned was served from 5 - 10. At 5:30 PM, the front staff imformed us the cook wasn't in yet - should be there in 1/2 hour. We returned at 6 and were informed he was on break for 1/2 hour! Had to drive around until 7 PM to find a restaurant yhat didn't have a 1/2 hour wait. When checking out on Tues., we decided to get Starbucks in the lobby. The staff were extremely unpleasant. Recommend staying here, but planning to eat elsewhere!

Was chRged twic have to wait for ********* to refund me cause they were unable to do that apparently. Rooms were clean however soap containers were empty in the shower. When dealing with issues customer service was extremely rude about it.

We had an excellent stay. Great staff. Beautiful room with a nice view. It must be new or newly renovated. Fridge and microwave in the room were useful. I would have liked a safe in the room. They had dining options but we didn’t need to eat at the hotel. Fire pit in the back was a nice touch. Very convenient to sightseeing in Lancaster, Hershey Park and Dutch Wonderland.
