Staff was friendly and room was comfy and clean. Price was unbeatable. Only complaint would be the noise from the street below and train that rolled through at 4:30AM blowing its horn. Don’t want to overstate it because my wife didn’t even wake up.

No one available to fix lack of heat in room. Nothing done. Freezing temperatures with snow storm. Had to sleep in our winter coats. Still cold. Terrible experience.

Very, Very clean and comfortable. Newly remodeled carpet, paint, etc... Bon Thai restaurant next door was excellent. Overall very good experience.

This is not a chain but a wonderful one of a kind. Spotless room. Excellent mattress. Little problem with the door lock that they will fix. Close to K state campus.

Parkwood Inn and Suites is OUR main place to stay in Manhattan. Convenient location, quiet and relaxing too. The break fast buffet is excellent and the staff are top-notch!

Clean rooms. When staying multiple nights, shouldn't have to ask for clean towels, etc. Still need housekeeping daily.

I was doing media for a K-State basketball game. Luckily was able to get the last room before this place sold out as it was the day before Thanksgiving. The hotel is about 2.5 miles to Bramlage Coliseum, so the drive was fair. Good amount of places to eat around. Only negative was one of the lamps in my room wasn't working. Other than that, had a great trip to for my first time in Manhattan and at K-State.
