Track Meet weekend Track meet at Kansas State, great town and a great location. Heat and AC have limited adjustment.

I could not check in early , I was out of town with a sick child and I needed an overnight checkin at 2 in the morning I was told that I could not checkin until 3pm. Thus I had to pay for a room at the desk. I called your service desk call an automated text line and chatted with your representative said I had to settle with Holiday inn and Holliday Inn said I had to settle with you. Thus that night I paid for two reservations one at the desk that I could check in with my sick child and one that I paid to you online that I could not use until later in that same day at 3pm by that time I would be headed back home and would not need that room. To add insult to injury my child died at 5 that morning. Scammers will never use ******* ever again.

The attached restaurant was dirty and poor service. We had to switch rooms because there was blood on the sheets on one of our beds. The front desk attendant was apologetic and switched our room right away, but from the comments she was making on the phone to me it sounded like there were many poor housekeeping issues going on this day.

I woke up with bed bug bites on my hands and the front desk said they were going to refund my room and as I can see that has not been done and no one still has got back with me regarding this matter! I understand things like this happen but communication is the key here and assurance of a solution and a clean stay at a facility is they key here!

Specifically booked a Jacuzzi room and it didn't work. Upon checkout I reported it and they acknowledged it was out of order, no offer to reduce room rate. Otherwise accomodations were nice.
