Barbs place offers an easy base in which to enjoy all Mangawhai has to offer. Just a short stroll to Bennett’s for your morning coffee or the village markets, Dunes, and the estuary. Located in a quiet location at the back of Mangawhai Park the bach has a large covered deck, parking for two vehicles, comfortable queen and double beds, great shower pressure, wifi and heat pump. Guests have access to the heated pool and barbecue area.
Linen is not included in the tariff so please bring top and bottom sheets, Pillowcases, towels bath mat and tea towels. Minimum stay is two nights.
Cleaning policy is leave bach as you find it. About pets:No pets allowed.Sorry no pets.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Children must be supervised by pool at all times.About checkIn:Check in after 2:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.No smoking in house but on deck is okay.About events:No events allowed.No parties.

Delightful !!
Barb's batch was exactly as described - clean and comfortable with all the facilities you like to have access to while you re away and close to Mangawhai Village.... Barb was also a very welcoming hostess Had a great time !!

Thank you Barbara! The accomodation was compact & nicely presented. It had everything we needed. It was secure & safe with the gated entry & exit. The front covered deck a lovely space to enjoy outdoor dining & the perfect spot for my Mum to read her book. The beds were comfy & the highlight was the community heated pool.

The ideal spot
Tidy and clean with a lovely outdoor space. Centrally located in the village it is a short walk to almost everything.

Cute and comfortable cottage
We enjoyed Mangawhai very much, but will not book this property again. I did not appreciate how I was treated by the host at the end of our stay. Unacceptable.

A quiet little haven

Great property in great location
Nice cozy property in a great location. Easy access to restaurant and food stores only minutes away when walking. Clean property and quiet location.

Great Stay
Hi. We had a great stay, communication with host was excellent and the property was as described with everything we needed. Use of the shared pool was a bonus. Easy walking distance to village and quick drive to the surf beach.

Great little cosy bach for our little family, good location had pretty much everything you need , the pool was enjoyed by all of us and even though shared wasn't very busy

Nice stay in Barb’s bach
Well equipped small house with close neighbours, but it was incredibly quiet. Close to cafe and 4 square. There was a local power cut when we arrived and Barb kindly bought a large container of water for our use.
