I stayed one day with my family, Very nice stay. It is very closer to Brindavan garden, just few steps away. Staffs are very friendly and nice.

1. I booked AC double bedroom Deluxe. 2. The room is good. 3. The food is very bad. Since there are no alternatives neary by, we just continued what they served in the hotel.

The property and location was very good.
They should consider AC rooms on the ground floor accessible to everyone including elderly people.
More training is required for waiters as the experience goes from north to south.
It's better to have first aid kit and basic medical kit ready for emergency purpose. We were in a situation and the reception handled it intelligently.
Would have been great to have a kit ready in house.

TV did not work, Telephone did not work, only hot water in the morning for shower, no cold water, shower tap broken, terrible experience, I do not recommend this hotel, please avoid booking.

Staff were very courteous and ambience was good. Excellent place for family to stay. The receptionist were very kind and polite.

only good thing about this property is location. that's all.. really.
the hotel room is ok. The bathroom is bad.
service is worst. there are no people to attend. kitchen is next to restroom and has hygiene issues.

Dtayed in AC room.. The Location was superb.. rooms were neat & spacious.. can enjoy the KRS Brindavan Garden early morning alone.. Worth staying in this hotel.. only drawback is there is no lift facility.. only 1-2 non AC rooms are there in the ground floor.. staffs were courteous..

It’s vey poor stay we can say. We had bad experience food is not at all good and they even dnt provide hot water 24hrs if we ask also they won’t provide and very rude behaviour by staff there. There is lack of maintenance and they hadn’t even provided us toiletries that’s very bad.
