We recently celebrated our 25 years college reunion at HIBIS Ashvem, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! We held our 25-Year JITM Friendship Reunion at Hibis Resort (Ashvem, Goa) from August 1–3, 2025, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the very first planning call to the final goodbye, Capt Balram and his team were professional, proactive, and genuinely warm — they treated our group like family. Highlights: Flawless planning and coordination for our group of 51 attendees staying across 17 premium rooms (triple occupancy). Everything was organized down to the last detail. A heartwarming and energetic welcome reception that set the perfect tone for the weekend. The team’s attention to logistics (check-in, room allocations, transport advice) made arrivals stress-free. Impeccable on-site execution — timely meals, thoughtful menu options, spotless rooms, and smooth handling of last-minute requests. The event setup, audio needs, and catering were all handled professionally. Capt Balram’s personal involvement made all the difference. His calm leadership, quick solutions, and friendly presence ensured our reunion flowed effortlessly. Huge thanks to Capt Balram and every team member at Hibis for turning our reunion into a joyful, memorable time machine back to college days. Awesome place for friends! The resort has a great vibe for group getaways. The support staff are simply amazing – always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything you need. They really make the stay extra special!

Good property, prompt service and decent spread of buffet. Hibis is conveniently located and was easy to access local cafes, beach and the shops nearby. The staff were quite helpful and the check in process was smooth as well. Fruity was helpful and prompt in the dining section.

Frooti provided outstanding service during breakfast at Stay at Hibis. She was attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Her warm hospitality made the morning enjoyable. Stay at hibis was also good with good and friendly hospitality. Pool is bit small.
