So this was my 2nd trip & a huge difference between the first and the second time I have been to this property, while the first one was is 2021. From a maintenance point of view, it is just fine, but when it comes to the staff handling your requirements it has become worse than a 2 star hotel. Their objectives is only sales without managing their existing clients & this is exactly what happened this time as well. I had booked a taxi with them for an airport drop to Nagpur, which I had informed a nigh prior & reconfirmed the same morning. The cab had a one driver that was going to change en-route, but rather 2 drivers changed. Moreover, the route was different and much longer, to the extent i almost missed my flight & despite of me making calls to property, no one even bothered to check our status, whether we reached & got out flight, or called back to apologise for the error. Rohit had called just once & he had wrong information about my flight time & their sales manager Vinay who was behind me to upgrade from purple 1 br did not even call once while he quote " please call me for anything" when i had repeatedly asked for him. The only reason we made it to the airport was the last driver Shahid, who was experienced - he drove really well & we just made it for our flight. At the end of it, driving at such high speeds in these areas are not safe for us but even for the wildlife. For sure, over someone who has been a member since years, I will definitely not suggest or refer to opting for their membership. Just consider this hotel to stay at & make all other arrangement from somewhere else.
