高爾夫景飯店(Golf View Hotel)

The building is being renovated, but the "new" rooms already look run down and old. The shower stalls were grimey, some broken furniture in the rooms, and the beds were uncomfortable. They served one option each morning at breakfast and if you couldn't eat it (allergy, restricted diet), you had to pay for the other options (the server didnt seem to know what the kitchen could make other than the saltfish and okra served, we ended up paying US $20 for some scrambled eggs and bacon so I could eat a protein I wasnt allegic to). The service was good, some folks were nicer than others and the poor servers spoiled it for the others. The ice machine was rusty, new/old furniture could be seen jam packed into a room, and only the front desk/lounge appeared to have sustained any form of renovation. This hotel was a real disappointment, and if this the "best" hotel in Mandeville, I will drive back to Kingston/Ocho Rios/Montego Bay in the dead of night to avoid staying here ever again.

A wonderful experience. All staff members are extremely courteous, helpful and kind. After meeting one of the owners, I understand why! Me PC, one of the owners, took time out to talk with me. A very down to earth guy! Although there are renovations going on, I am very pleased I made the choice to stay at the Golf View Hotel!

I like the location of the property..The Dinner is fine..Breakfast was too limited..in terms of limited choices of Teas, creamers etc... What I didn't like was the fact that my room had no cable box..for my entire sray..Despite me been notified upon arrival..I was given the impression that I would have had some kinda TV service..Only to find out the TV'S WERE NOT SMART TVs..hence I was unable to watch the television... The sales manager didn't seem to care despite me complaining of not having a cable box or smart TV in my room.. Very disappointed with GOLF VIEW

The property was very clean. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The complementary breakfast was excellent. The only issue was the TV not working, Apparently there was a problem with the cable company. I would stay there again.

Front desk staff was exceptionally efficient and helpful. The property in under renovation but that does not interfere with the guests.

There was no working desk phone to make calls to front desk, hit and miss hot water availability, poor WI-FI, no Handicap accessibility and we were placed on the 3rd floor. Loud music at night. Horrible experience!! Golf view Stay.

The only positive things I can report on is the large room/suite, friedlyness ,courtesy and helpfullnes of the staff. Every thing else is poor. The breakfasts did not include Jamaica national dish (Ackerman and salt fish), the service for meals was slow, towels took a while to be refreshed (room cleaned int he day, towels replaced at night), and the worse was a noisy concert on a Sunday night, I mean really? Why not Friday or Saturday night?
