Murs en carton... Du coup on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans le logement d'à côté. Franchement désagréable surtout si les occupants ne sont pas respectueux ce qui a été mon cas.
Dommage car le cadre est super. À 10mn de Cannes par bord de mer c est top.

Lovely, surprisingly spacious apartment with loft bedroom. Excellent roomy shower with two heads. Comfy beds. Easy check-in, check-out process.🙂
The only thing wrong was a broken stovetop. We couldn't get the elements to heat up -- even after going online to research the brand.😐

Notre séjour a été convenable. Petit bémol aucun abris extérieur en cas de pluie. Le tapis d’entrée n’est pas adapté lorsqu’il pleut. Salon inexistant. Ça ressemble à un mobilhome et non un hôtel

Tout est bien dans l’ensemble, nous avons été bien accueillis ils sont très agréables, la résidence est super, espace de jeux pour enfants , seul bémol qu’il insiste un peu pour le ménage sa laisse à désirer.

Zenitude is an ok place.The rooms themselves are fine and are a great size. The bed was comfortable and its unique as the main bed/ bedroom is upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is about a 15 minute walk (uphill) to the train station and main restaurants and 20 min to the harbor.
Unfortunately, the property grounds are not well kept with overgrown grass, bushes and ****s. The biggest issue for us is the sewer smell in the bathroom. We needed to keep the door closed to keep the smell contained. The first condo we were in the smell was everywhere. Thankfully, the lovely front desk person let us move to a different condo, which was better. I think the drainage in the area is lacking.
So overall, we had an ok stay.

Le personnel est très sympathique, souriant et réactifs. Le calme a été présent tout au long de notre séjour. En revanche tout manque d’entretien ; les maisons sont terriblement salles ,la piscine également . Manque de transat

Never felt safe in this property, very tiny rooms/ space. Multiple windows broken / not working, doors barely locking after multiple trials. Unfortunately, I would not recommend
