房間很舒適很棒 吹風機也很夠力 游泳池很棒很漂亮旁邊還有高空酒吧 很值得一去 因蜜月去住宿 還有附設可愛毛巾天鵝與小蛋糕 非常棒的體驗 唯獨早餐我覺得可以再加強

最初,酒店被取消了,所以我突然來了這裏,但是工作人員非常友好和友善。我認爲足以入睡。

我真的很傷心,不得不寫這篇文章,因爲我多年來一直是這家酒店的好客戶。服務,食物,房間和價格曾經是每次5分5分的體驗。不幸的是,這已經發生了巨大的變化,食物現在很糟糕,客房服務到達了一個帶塑料餐具的外賣盒,但他們仍然收取額外費用!電視和頻道選擇一直不正常工作,房間從來沒有看到過一絲油漆...。水壓不好,毛巾老舊,接近生命的盡頭,房間裏沒有洗漱用品或瓶裝水哦,他們給你1個枕頭,如果你要求超過1,他們會給你充電。正如我說的,看到很傷心。唯一可節省的優雅是酒吧和餐廳的工作人員的服務,他們已經認識我們多年。新員工根本不在乎,也沒有得到適當的管理。他們還用OJT填充這個地方來省錢,雖然我理解這一點,你不能完全工作人員沒有經驗的酒店只是爲了節省一些比索。失望。

服務挺好的,現場的餐廳也挺好的。 唯一的缺點是酒店在一個沒有很多設施直接旁邊的區域,商店,餐館,銀行等.你必須乘坐交通工具。 但是至於酒店本身的質量和價值,非常好,工作人員也很棒。

疫情結束後首次出行，在Jpark住了整整一個星期。預訂的時候看中的是這邊的小童泳池和遊樂設施，大概宿務島上最大的親子設施酒店。除了小童泳池其他遊樂設施都需要收費，基本沒什麼意思玩一次最多。非常不推薦去二樓的paroro遊樂場，收費不便宜，3小時1500php，一個孩子衹能免費帶一個家長，另一個家長要進去需要收全門票，沒有穿襪子也需要購買，裏面玩的東西很少，真的很雞肋。晚上可以去海灘邊的coral餐廳吃飯喝東西，樓台有懸吊的網兜，可以趴在上面看海里的魚，海水清澈見底很美。酒店早餐每天都一樣，種類多但是一成不變。酒店裡95%的遊客都是韓國人，有一種去了韓國的錯覺。除了之外酒店員工都很友善，入住和結賬速度也很快效率高。整體的體驗還是很不錯的。

Crimson Mactan went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The staff was warm, courteous, attentive and quick to respond. Breakfast spread was incredible, props to the head chef who made sure everything that comes out of the kitchen is of quality. We chose Crimson as our wedding venue and while it rained during our reception, the whole team was quick to respond to transfer everyone to the ballroom to keep the party going! They were also generous enough to hold a foam pool party for us the day after the wedding. The premises were clean and beautiful, rooms are cozy... we have no regrets with holding the best day of our lives at Crimson Mactan!

Plantation Bay is again my favorite hotel on Mactan. I was there August of 22, January of this year and just finished a stay in May. Here are some things to consider about Plantation Bay: - It’s the only large Filipino owned resort on Mactan and they must treat there staff incredibly well because everyone I spoke with has worked there 10+years - unlike other resorts they have a no tipping policy - The large salt water lagoons are beautiful and large enough that they never feel crowded - Plantation Bay offers a variety of food options for every taste - They have a wide variety of on site activities and offer multiple excursions outside the resort for reasonable prices To be fair there were a couple of things that could improve but those are minor - The beach towels need to be replaced. The bathroom towels are great but the beach towels were old and thin - During busy periods when you call bell service or guest relations the phone just rings with no answer. Overall though, this is the best place to stay on Mactan. Great service, unique activities, great staff, and some of the best swimming pools anywhere Here are some tips: - if you are not traveling with kids, the waters edge rooms are amazing. You can step from your deck directly into the lagoon - Consider the Route 66 Diner for breakfast. Good food and never crowded -A romantic dinner at Palermo’s is a great option on site - I paid the extra $50 to have a car drop us off and pick us up at our room and it was definitely worth it. You get checked in/out at your room saving time Highly recommend this great hotel

我一直都是使用‘棕櫚度假村’大樓，但最後一天我不得不在度假村多預訂一天，所以就用了海景度假村來體驗。整體來說，比新建的建築要舊一些，但還是很整潔，維護得很好。而且由於所有建築物中都沒有使用度假村設施的限制，我認為在度假村房間里花的時間較少的人可能會在海景度假村過得更好，那里便宜一點，並且可以最快地到達戶外。 我不知道入住時給的優惠券是怎麼計算的，但是我在海景度假村辦理入住時收到的優惠券最多。因為是最古老的建築，我覺得補償要多一點。特別是在酒吧還收到了兩杯免費飲料的優惠券，非常好。如果在屋頂使用的話，價值大約400到500比索。 最近，Solea一直在擴大業務。如果你對入口處的三輪車司機說“nanda咖啡館”，他就會帶你到乘坐三輪車約3至4分鐘路程的咖啡館。是一家賣漢堡、咖啡等的餐廳，但是品質不錯，價格也不高。工作人員也經過Solea的培訓，所以他們專業又友善。即使在晚上，索萊亞正門周圍的小路也不危險，因此最好只在光線充足的地方散步。最後跟大家介紹一家位於Solea的經濟型汽車旅館，Google無法搜尋到，名為「Stay In」。這是我去Nanda Cafe的時候偶然發現的。一天750比索就可以住了，光是睡覺就真的很不錯了。 （可惜好像無法在網路上預訂。）如果貼出入住房間的照片，可能會被誤認為是Solea的照片，所以會被省略。房間裡只有兩張床、空調和浴室。

酒店本身如果相當不錯,有寬敞的房間,冰箱,電熱水壺和微波爐,還有一個小但工作電視。外面有一個公共休息區,有漂亮的沙發,你可以免費停車。走廊寬敞,裝飾有品味。雖然沒有電梯,3樓居然是四趟航班上去。可惜入住的第三天要求房間乾淨,但沒發生。最糟糕的是與他們的在線預訂和付款系統有關。我把我的房間收費到我的BPI帳戶,從我的銀行帳戶中扣除,但這筆交易沒有得到哥本哈根住宅的承認。他們說我必須處理他們的在線支付網關-Asiapay。我要求電話或電子郵件,但來自哥本哈根的人沒有。喜歡,哇。我辛苦賺來的錢流水。我試圖尋找Asiapay的聯繫方式,但網站只有HK電子郵件地址。我試圖撥打號碼,但沒有得到答案。多麼可以毀掉本來是愉快的體驗。

乾淨、整潔，外觀如照片上，但房間707有點潮濕，朋友住708不會。708有一個小門，鎖住，不知是什麼有點奇怪的感覺⋯⋯早餐也還不錯！離AYALA也近，,出飯店門口往右邊直走，在紅綠燈下右轉，沒幾步就在對面。是Metro,但和AYALA相連。發現Quest飯店就在mall對面。看地圖還以為有段距離。
