衛生：非常乾淨無可挑剔 服務：每走幾步就有一個員工可以幫忙，全部員工都很熱情很有禮貌 床很舒服，酒店的設施都很新，在酒店吃了幾天Room Service,不開玩笑東西都很好食吃。下次還會再來！

第一天來check in的時候讓我足足等了2小時，說在攜程，agoda等網上平台他們已經取消預訂但不知道為什麼我還能訂到。我就奇了怪了，顧客已經定了如果不接受為什麼不告知呢！！難道這是我的錯？！其他還可以接受，說白了我就衝著它有小廚具來的。

聚點位置很不錯，對面就是SM馬尼拉第二大超市，逛一天也逛不完，東西也很棒。價位適中，酒店服務人員態度也很高沒好，就是床墊軟。需要長期居住的小夥伴，建議在網上定訂房，想讓酒店優惠的話，可以去找前台談，但是要做好他們變卦反悔的準備。節假日遊客多的時候他們會毀約，或是讓你加錢。有蟑螂，不過總的住宿體驗還是不錯。

主要是出差選的,酒店好像是便宜貨經營的,挺多東西急需裝修,泳池別煩,最好改成一些噴泉。煙霧的氣味,加上整體溼度,使它成爲“輝煌”的體驗。牀單和廚房相當乾淨(這是相當積極的方面),食物留下的更好,令人不滿意,但是看到走廊裏有隻就殺了整個體驗。圖片不反映現實。不知道推薦哪家酒店,但我強烈建議遠離這家。參觀後不能動搖“污穢”的感覺。

This is my go-to hotel. All the staff here are wonderful and so accommodating. They excel in doing their jobs. You will see their hard work and dedication to provide the best service they can offer. Kudos to Ella and Jess for making a highly efficient team. The management is lucky to have them. The bldg has an excellent location with proximity to railway. A great deal in a prime area. Rooms are clean with comfy bed and pillows. There is a convenience store just beside the hotel. Guests will surely come back. Your home in Mandaluyong.

這邊服務人員素質都很高，服務人員會很有耐心跟您解釋即使你聽不懂英文依然讓遊客能夠安心，下次一定會再來來訪，很喜歡馬尼拉

Very good experience clean room clean facility no toothbrush or soap tho but overall good place and area
