唐喬凡尼曼克拉飯店

Ubicacion perfecta, a los pies de la playa y al lado del centro. Puedes caminar para todos lados y conocer la cuidad. Es maravilloso despertar mirando y escuchar el mar. Tienes las escuelas de surf ahi mismo. El personal muy amable, la habitacion tiene aire acondicionado importantísimo, tambien me ayudaron con los tours. Tienen el Restaurant "Ta'buenazo" es excelente, puedes comer sin preocupacion de enfermarte. Tiene una sensacion hogareña y muy buena onda. Me hicieron sentir como en casa! 🙌🏽

الفندق كان قديما جدا . و كذلك الغرف قديمة و الحمام . السرير كان غير مريح . كما توجد بعض الحشرات الصغيرة ف الغرفة كل الأدوات في الغرفة كانت قديمة . و عتد تسجيل الخروج يأخذون وقتا طويلا . طاقم الاستقبال عند تسجيل الخروج لم يكن ودودا جدا كما كان عليه الحال عند الدخول

We booked this hotel for three nights and liked it so much that we booked it for another five. It was a great location and great staff. Our go to man was José, who seemed to be working all the time, he checked us in, cooked us breakfast and was at the door to let us in when we came back from dinner at night. He always had a smile on his face and he spoke English. We had a balcony room overlooking the ocean and it was quiet while we were there. We had to change rooms a couple of times, because of staying longer, which was fine. Good wifi, and good service. We are not surfers and the day we checked out it filled up so there was a lot more stir. Our flight out was not until 19:30 and they provided us with a room to shower and change at no extra cost. The price was descent and it was a very positive experience for finishing up a five week trip to Peru. Barry I would have no issue recommending this small hotel.

The best thing about the Don Giovanni is the location, otherwise it is a dump. It is right on the point at Mancora where you can watch the surfers and surf school students collide on the overcrowded waves from your balcony. That's about it, the hotel is very overpriced and offers little. When we checked in we were surprised to see a cat poo on the floor of our shower. Management quickly switched our room...to a dismal interior room with only one window high above that allowed the hotel lights to shine in at night. A terrible room. We asked for a different room and even after the cat crap incident and the interior room they still charged us for the better triple room. Very unprofessional. Shower was weak and outdated in the room though we had a nice view from the balcony. WiFi worked. Breakfast was offered, simple fruit and fried egg but the staff was kind enough. There are no other offerings, the restaurant was closed and the "gelateria" non-existent. Stay elsewhere.
