It's a regular house in the suburbs. Very run down and with the cheapest equipment possible. My room was humid and the bed smelled from someone else's body. I was given the wrong entry code and couldn't get into the house, but the host was quick to respond. All in all: Charming but what a rip-off!

It took us atleased 15 mins to find the premises on the road. We didn’t have breakfast. There was a box to put £3 each in for Cereal but there was no cereal provided. Sheets weren’t ironed, duvets too thin for this weather. Two of the three chest of draws in the room were missing actual fronts off the draws. The tops of all the draws were very scratched. Mattress’s were very uncomfortable and the single top bunk bed looked like it was going to through everything my 12 year old moved on it. The bathroom only had an anti drug blue light in, and that was in the bathroom in our room and the one directly outside our room. The plastic seal was also on its side on the shower in our ‘bathroom’ so we did not use it. The pictures provided on this website are nothing like what the property is. I wish I had bothered to take pics of what we had fo stay in. The major problem I found with the property was that the fire exit in the room wouldn’t open, and the door to the fire exit/smoking area the kitchen didn’t have a handle on so would not open.

Some friends and I had booked a hotel to go to Soccer Aid at the start of September. Unfortunately this got cancelled and this hotel was the only available in the whole of Manchester that wasn’t even more ridiculously expensive. Firstly we had a guest room not toilet apart from the shared bathrooms for £250 a night!!! The house is in quite possibly the worst part of Manchester - you are greeted by the house next door which has a lovely piece of chipboard up instead of a glass window. We were sent codes to get in the front door and then our room. The smell as you first walked in was a combination of smoke, damp, urine (worse than my student house). You could lift the unfitted floor files off the floor. The chair was broken, the beds were wore. Vile room! We dumped our bags and got out after going using the toilet with just a UV light (probably to hide all the dirt). The smell of the place lingered in our masks from there to the city centre if made me feel quite ill. We returned as late as possible and went to sleep all of us slept above the covers until it got ridiculously cold. I shared a bunk bed with a friend it was extremely noisy as every time one of us moved it creaked. I woke up with. The worse sore back I’d ever had. My friend on the top bunk informed me he’d been up since 6 as he had heard scurrying from what he thought was a rat! We left as soon as all of us woke. I wouldn’t even rate the room if I could and *********** should monitor these places regularly. It was an absolute hole! Do not stay!

Do not waste your money! When I arrived there was a water leak in the room ceiling. There was no one in the reception, and the one I text on WhatsApp offered me another room in another hotel. When I asked her to arrange a taxi for me, she said no. I tried to refund my booking but I could not. When I told her, I need my money to sort another room myself, she refused. The only option she offered was another room in another hotel without paying a taxi (£25). Do no waste your time, effort, and money with this unprofessional hotel team. They steal your money and do not care about how you have to move because of their mistake.

It was a very lovely stay. Quiet, clean environment inside and outside too.

It was a pleasant stay overnight. No issues with parking, no noise.

The place is nice and clean. Easily accessible and in a good area. Our room window was by the back yard which is the designated smoking area. This caused us to have our windows closed most of the time when we were in the room. But this wasn’t a major issue. Overall pleased with the place.

Its a great place to live. I stayed 3 nights with great satisfaction
