It was unbearably hot inside the apartment when we stayed, even though it was cold outside. The windows only opened an inch and it felt like we were suffocating inside in the heat. We could not sleep because it was so hot and left after 1 night because it was so bad. The next day we both felt sick because of the heat and dehydration. Several other issues included: the toilet did not flush, the hallway carpets are badly stained, none of the lamps worked and there was a loud noise coming from the hot water heater closet. We also did not receive enough towels and staff were not helpful in getting us any more. Very unpleasant stay and would not recommend.

Stayed at this property few years back and the service was good. Expected the same and booked again for a weeks stay and ended up in a stinking room. The bedroom windows dont open. The response at the reception was pathetic and the housekeeping team dont care. They lost their standards and its no more a preferred option to stay in Manchester. Please keep away unless you wish to be in a smelly and stuffy place

We were allocated a top floor apartment and as we walked from the lift to the front door we were sweating! The apartment had no air conditioning and all the windows would only open a minimal amount. Portable fans were supplied but all they did was to re-distribute warm air! For a place to stay in Manchester for 2 days for our daughter's graduation it was the wrong choice! Do not stay here unless it is freezing outside!

The elevator was out of order, which was frustrating, going up and down from the 3rd floor with luggage. But to be fair, the manager Lesell was sympathetic and understating, offering assistance, and we felt well looked after. We would come here again
