Despite being by a busy road, I couldn't hear much noise at all. The staff is super kind and did their best when I had an issue in my bedroom. Night staff on the night of July 25th were amazing. Thank you very much. The hotel is barely 20min walk to the centre and it feels safe at night.

Was fine. The shower was an issue at the start but fixed at speed. Helpful service. Expectations were at a price point !
