Perfume bomb Overpowering immediately soaking into your hair and clothes, perfume bomb throughout the entire building Had to walk 20 feet away from the door to get away from the overpowering smell Is filtering the air not an option? We have to make it smell worse than a public restroom? I usually stay at Marriott because they cater to the masses but not anymore

This hotel gets a solid 5/5 from me. Facilities: 5/5 - Clean and new, well maintained - Rooms are well appointed with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher - Gym is really nice (though could do with one or two more weight machines) - Location is terrific - close to great restaurants and downtown Guest experience: 5/5 - Staff are super friendly, very flexible - Free waters + I even got a cookie at check-in - Breakfast is solid - love it when places have non-pork breakfast protein options!

We were visiting nearby but because it was Columbus Day weekend, we had to stay at the Residence since it had one of the last rooms available. The Residence is an "all-suite" hotel intended for long term stays. We had a "Studio", which included a fully equipped kitchen. So, even though it was very comfortable, it was more than we needed for a one-night stay - and expensive. A full breakfast is included. It was OK - but nothing special. More than adequate.

This is one of the nicer Residence Inns I have stayed at. This modern, clean hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many restaurants, fast food places, convenience stores, and gas stations. There is enough onsite parking for $12 a night, which is very reasonable. The rooms are well appointed, with plenty of illumination. The bathrooms are new, modern, and clean. Breakfast is an amazing selection of hot foods, pastries, breads, yogurts, and fresh fruit. They even have Udi's gluten-free bread and muffins, which are a welcome treat for those with dietary restrictions. A shout out to the two ladies working the breakfast buffet--Rachel and Michelle (hope I got their names right). They put in tremendous effort to make sure the breakfast items are fresh and continuously replenished. Thank you, ladies! Highly recommend this hotel in downtown Manchester.

Excellent stay on our New England road trip. Stopped here first night rather than overnight in Boston. Easy access and parking. Good location right near restaurants. Spacious rooms with kitchen. Would definitely recommend and it seems popular with families taking students to the university

I spent one night here — loved my room — clean, modern, and spacious. There is a nice breakfast dining area and lobby bar and plenty of self-parking. It is a short drive from the Manchester Airport and once you arrive it is a nice walk to the downtown with lots of dining options.

The hotel seems newer and is very nice! The lobby is inviting, it has a spacious bar and free breakfast. The rooms are big, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. This was a great place to stay-the front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

First impression I went in the concierge to ask for help where to park the car a staff member say he don’t know where is the parking place very bad service from one of the staff in Marriott hotels the room is not that clean.the breakfast is very good and good service at the restaurant
