託樂塔小屋(La Torretta Lodge)

Not only was this hotel gorgeous, clean, and relaxing, the hotel staff was the absolute best. We did not arrive until after 11:00pm, and one of them stayed to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed. They provided the very best service and were incredibly kind. I could not recommend this hotel more!

The hotel is lovely and the staff are wonderful but the value for money is disproportionate to the size of the rooms . Having said that if you get a room either a view it’s splendid. We were surprised to hear on arrival that having paid €600 a night breakfast was not included and would be charged at €35 which we felt was excessive.

Gorgeous views, lovely staff, well sized rooms, but small bathroom/shower-vanity is too small. We had a lovely time, and will recommend to friends! We walked around Manarola, 5 min walk to the train. Trains run limited schedules to download the app for timetable. Hiked between villages, hotel offered us extra waters. Take a few oranges too! Next time - will bring more personal toiletries.

Spectacular view from the lodge and our room, which had a private view terrace. Friendly, positive service with a smile. Reasonable, fair pricing for the area. We stayed three nights. We knew beforehand that our room, (think it’s the Duplex Suite) had steps. We shrugged that off. After checking into the room, we got the point that the steps really are high and we appreciated the luggage porter help. Offsetting the steps is the spectacular view from the private terrace. BTW, we visited all five of towns and Manarola probably involves the steepest walks.

We really enjoyed our three nights in early August at La Torretta in Manarola. The staff was wonderful, especially Paola and Mattia at the front desk and Enrico and Francesco the porters. They helped us with recommendations and reservations. The housekeeping staff did a great job with our rooms. Breakfast on the patio was really nice. The view overlooking the town from the various hotel rooms was beautiful.

Nous sommes allés passer un séjour dans les Cinq Terres à la fin de la saison, fin octobre 2021. Comment vous dire… Outre le fait que nous n’avons pas pu dormir du séjour tellement la suite (deux chambres) était mal insonorisée au point de pouvoir entendre clairement les discussions des voisins du dessus, le directeur (je suppose) de l’hôtel s’est permis de nous insulter au téléphone et par mail lorsque nous nous sommes plaints du bruit et que nous avons demandé à la réception de nous reloger, cas échéant de nous rembourser notre nuit (l’hôtel ne pouvant pas nous reloger dans des conditions similaires sans bruit malgré le peu de clients présents dans l’hôtel à ce moment, qui fermait 3 jours après). Je déconseille ainsi fortement cet hôtel qui ne semble être intéressé que par l’argent du client, pour preuve lorsque vous arrivez à l’hôtel vous y êtes accueillis avec un cocktail de bienvenue et la machine à CB pour que vous payiez dès votre arrivée (et vos bagages à peine posés) la totalité du séjour. En bref à fuir…

Nous avions adoré la Torretta il y’a 9 ans , nous y sommes retourné et le charme opère toujours. Suite design magnifique , salle de bains luxueuse , vue depuis la chambre et le balcon sur les vignes , le village et la mer … somptueuse. Décoration de la chambre , des communs très raffinée. Personnel très sympathique et aux petits soins. Ce village et cet hôtel ont une âme , on s’y sent vraiment très bien. Un de nos endroits préférés sur terre.

Ho trascorso la luna di miele in questo fantastico hotel, dove eleganza e raffinatezza degli ambienti si abbinano splendidamente agli strepitosi tramonti su Manarola e il mar Tirreno e alla gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale. Abbiamo dormito due notti in una suite bellissima, dotata di ogni confort e di una terrazza panoramica grandissima e romanticissima. La colazione è curata, e aggiunge valore al risveglio in una location magica. Non è stato semplice la domenica lasciare Manarola e questo bellissimo hotel. Lo consiglio veramente a tutti! Grazie a staff e proprietari per l'accoglienza riservata a me e Giorgia per la nostra luna di miele. Ci avete regalato tre giorni fantastici. A Presto!

Il posto è eccezionale, le camere sono stupende. Il personale è gentilissimo e super disponibile. La colazione abbondante e varia. La posizione è ottima perché si trova all’ingresso di Manarola quindi fuori dal caos cittadino. È stato un weekend da sogno! Consigliatissimo.
