The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. But the hotel basic facilities like hot water and electricity were bad, had to call multiple times to get the basic things working.

Very good view from terrace, nice dinner and breakfast in middle of apple garden. Mostly staff behavior nice and room space and cleaning is good

Nice location and good property the staff was nice. Food is also nice. It's property located in old manali 1. 3 km distance from hidamba devi temple.

Hotel was very good staff and manager were also very humble and polite, one of the best services and quiet stay, there is quick services as the propert manager anu ji helps in all accommodations like providing rental cabs this is a must visit i hotel to enhance the nature experience and peaceful ambience.

Hotel achaa ha-an and anu sharma is very helpful boy but some 2 staff boy koi kaam ka nhi mera khayal se b hut late bola tho b hut lazy type ka ha-an na d hang se baat karta ha-an pat a koan sa ego ha-an isa acha tho aap unko nikal do or overall best hotel in my life ever thanks anu bhai itna support karne ka liya
