The hote's ideal location close to the main Street and scenic mountain views. The great location ,stunning views,good food, and excellent service during his stay. Clean rooms, reasonable rates, good food, and friendly staff. My stay was great in echor Himalayas aurum.

We had an amazing stay at ECHOR Himalayas Aurum, Manali! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and stunning views of the mountains. The property is beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful and luxurious retreat away from the city’s hustle. The rooms were spacious, clean. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

Staff was polite. The property may suit young backpackers, low budget traveller who love to have the inside feel of an old city cooperative, room was well maintained and clean.Amazing services, polite and nature-friendly staff. Worthwhile

Stay Echor Aurum was the perfect place for a weekend escape. The ambiance was calm and serene, offering a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle. The facilities were pristine, and the food was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning for another stay soon!"

I was there with family and it was totally disappointed, as I asked on arrival decoration and cake on day of arrival it was not done when I asked them they came up with irrelevant answer, I'm the one who's paying extra 2500INR for decoration and special dinner which never happens even I asked to do same next day again same thingh with excuses. At time of Reservation they promised will do this and that but reality is opposite, I book highest price room and bed was like doormetry. Only 1 star I give to f&b team not the food. Especially travel desk guy who don't know how to talk with customer and asking to plan trip as per his convince even he asked drived to visit his village when we went for excursion. Owner need to look into this.

Not a safe hotel for family or solo. Cheap attitude of the hotel owner. How can Iit be a 5 star?? May be 2 star or less. Unprofessional staff with no customer service. Impolite and can't speak properly. Please note, this is not all 5 star hotel because they don't care about customer service. They run the business based on their requirements and not customer asks . Attitude of the hotel owner is cheap...
