Hôtel bien situé non loin du centre et des temples. Accès facile à pied. Chambre très spacieuse avec vue sur la forêt. Inconvénient : 1 seule prise pour recharger. Si vous souhaitez éteindre les lampes au dessus du lit, vous êtes obligé de tout couper... Pas pratique. Personnel absent. Restaurant pour petit déjeuner ouvert à 7h30 mais si on ne s'annonce pas à la réception (faut encore trouver quelqu'un) pour demander l'ouverture du restaurant, on peut attendre longtemps. Carte proposée mais à chaque fois, le plat choisi n'est pas disponible. Soft et jus d'orange indisponibles. A part le bâtiment, rien d'extraordinaire. Dommage.

Beautiful property with good staff but was understaffed when we went. The property is located perfectly near old circuit house road. Old Manali is 5 minutes drive from property and same is Mall Road on the other side. The breakfast buffet was tasty but very limited options to be called truly a buffet. The staff was nevertheless smiling and happy to help always. One thing was that the used utensils and cutlery were not removed from outside the room for an entire day. At the buffet also, they were extremely slow to refill which makes me believed that they were understaffed due to the off season. Maybe the property will be even better during the holiday season.

Manali is an amazing destination and the property complements the beauty of this place very well. You can open any window and see breathtakning view of the mountains and the valley. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and well equipped.Food was excellent. Service was on point. We had a great experience as a family.

Lovely property in Manali I am coming with my wife and I enjoyed my stay at hotel negis mayflower the entire saff was very very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Manjeet at restaurant. He give us a great service. The view was unbelievable from my room.

Amazing wooden built heritage property ! Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and Breakfast had nice variety. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. I would surely book this hotel again without any hesitation!

So first of all the name vivaan/mayflower is for 2 hotels , one is the heritage one where we stayed, other is for holiday home just on opposite side of road. The one we stayed ( negis/ mayflower ) is a heritage property which has old world charm. Location - On primary road, midway between mall road and old manali . If you are fit, you can easily walk both to both ends. Else you can take autos which only between mall road and old manali every few mins. Hotel and room - Huge rooms, ours had a fireplace and a separate miniroom with a view of the forest. The proper is wooden so you will feel less cold. it gives a very grand colonial feeling, at same time be ready for some drawbacks that comes with older architecture ( for instance power sockets are not convenient) . There is ample parking, and we had a peaceul stay. The view of the forest in morning is really nice. The hotel is clean but again it's an old property so don't expect a modern architecture. Food is excellent.only had the breakfast here but it was on par with the best restaurants in manali. Hot water is centrally available , tower heaters available for extra cost. Overall no regrets , it's an excellent option for manali.

Barring location, there’s nothing positive in this hotel. Worst possible property to stay especially if you are travelling with family. Basic rooms with below par amenities. Slippery wooden floor. Be very careful. Toiletries are so ordinary/bad which no one would want to use. Worst is the Hostile, rude & arrogant hotel staff in the restaurant especially Mahesh. Buffet breakfast spread is just a 10 ft. counter with 4 chafing dishes to choose from, that too, when the hotel charges over Rs. 7000 for a night. As per this hotel’s standards, breakfast buffet is a self service program. They won’t even bring you a cup of tea and without any hesitation, tell you this “Right at Your Face”. Altaf in Housekeeping is doing a fine job. Tons of better options/ hotels available around. Avoid this property.

An amazing heritage styled hotel near Old Manali. Staffs were really nice to us & the rooms were excellent & top notch. Heating systems were great and nearest place you can visit from the property is hadimba temple, club house & more local places
