Club Mahindra Manali is a good resort, but it was short of expectations on the size, room size and overall property itself. Having been a CM member, and seeing the pictures on the website, we expected a bigger property and ambience. The resort certainly needs some refurbishment, as it looks a bit old. Few points - let's start with positives - room was a duplex, some may have liked it - food quality was very tasty - the restaurant service on first 2 days was awesome, but we saw a change in attitude of couple of people - not sure if it was because we are only from ala carte menu - welcome handwritten note was great - good location, very close to Manali Mall road - the activities hub was good, lot of indoor options - Karoke was a great highlight, it was always available for you to explore, though the songs collection was old only (youngsters were not happy) - room cleanliness was kept well Now the areas for improvement - location was little crowded, not something we expected for a hill station resot - the attitude of couple of staff were weird, didn't know what happened, we were praising them first 2 days, but were disappointed by the change of experience - 1BR is supposed to have a room with privacy, but this was a duplex room, with no privacy - no kitchenette, it was just a small space for coffee machine - hot water was not available 24x7 - we had to call house keeping to get it. For second time, inspite of informing the previous night, we have to call again in morning - only 1 restaurant and we had to wait - certainly needs one more Overall good experience, but definitely not what we had in mind

Excellent experience with Mahindra's always. Specifically White Meadows Manali. Thanks fir early check-in. Very quickly room got ready for us. Reception was very polite and cooperative. Food is always excellent but Specifically local food served by them very nice. Very importantly comes the *** Mr. Abhishek Happy Hub Recreation Associate our activities organizer guiding us One *** in all. A Excellent photographer, guide,caretaker, Jolly nature making a person Laugh and comfortable. Very much caring .I am impressed by him and suggest everyone to meet him and seek guidance fir Manali trip. Nature walk activity been explained by my daughter was extremely adventurous and enjoyable. God Bless Him. And the staff who helped us at every step with a great smile of welcome. I am fully satisfied with this trip. Thanks to everyone at White meadows Manali.

Rooms have a good ambience and are cozy. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is good and maintain the hygiene.Madhuri akshay

This is the worst hotel I could stay at. When we checked in our room the floors were dusty and we entered the bathroom and the soap was finished and it was really dirty and there were insects roaming around then we only had to clean it but it was still filthy dirty plus there were stains on the bed… and it was a studio with a garden view and near the garden door it was shut but still there was few small grass pieces near the door inside our room and when I removed my shoes and walked over there my feet turned grey and dusty and my feet became so dirty plus it was terribly hot in our studio room. And in the restaurant was we entered there wasn’t any space and then there was space in the bar but you can still get food there but it took the waiter half in hour to get my man-chow soup and the wifi is horrible so if you have to coordinate with people for important reasons the wifi is terrible i used my mobile data and still it was terrible and one of the waiter was a little rude to us.
