There is no water glasses, the tv is very small,the paint of the walls is very disappointing, the walls are not good at all, the food is also very very very bad, few lamps are not working at all even they have came out of the walls, and the floor is also very disappointing. And if anyone is reading this I will recommend you to not come in this hotel. this hotel is not maintained at all. And if the owner of the hotel is reading this please renovate your hotel

Everything about this hotel is perfect ! My family had a wonderful time and we really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. The food was wonderful. You walk by the river side surrounded by snow capped mountains and tons of greenery and is a great experience. The manager & staff would not leave any stone unturned to bring a smile to the guests. Fabulous. On the whole, a highly recommended place to be, if you are planning to stay in Manali.

Worst ever hotel experience. 3 kms from mall road, 4 km from bus stop, no electricity, no breakfast till 9 am, no lunch and dinner available, staff not supportive, 8pm to 8 am no room service, ordered chicken they gave mutton, spiders in room, monkeys in the balcony, no remote in TV , not advised to book, dirty washrooms, no fridge in room,

Nice places to stay ... My all Guests enjoy the place. happy and satisfy with services...Food is also tasty.... little far from The Mall road but it's nice to stay... View is really beautiful..Staff is also Co operative
