We stayed at the Swiss Belhotel in Manado a few years ago and it was so good we decided to stay there again in May / June 2023. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the facilities are very clean and there’s a nice pool area which is usually very quiet. The breakfast has a good choice and the room service is really good. The thing that makes it special here are the staff they are really attentive and happy to help. We needed to renew our Visas at Immigration and it’s not the easiest process but the reception manager Yonathan and Marvin drove us to the office and literally did everything for us from providing the sponsorship letter and downloading the forms and help us complete the process. Can’t thank Swiss Belhotel in Manado enough for a lovely stay and for all your help your staff are amazing. Thank you Fiona & Darren

找到一個真正完美的地方是非常困難的,但現在我覺得我成功了。寬的清房間,心的和舒適的工作人員,唯一能工作的就是設置一個餐廳(至少早上有個溫的色使大家更快樂),謝謝你一切,我們再見。

我們在AirBnB預訂了一晚。工作人員非常樂於助人,非常友好。早餐非常好。他們從不同的菜品中選擇廣泛。從歐洲早餐到傳統的印度尼西亞食品。房間配備了您需要的一切(水/茶、拖鞋、毛巾、肥皂,甚至牙刷!)。牀很大,很舒服。浴室很小,但一切都運作良好。我們一定會再次入住這裏。:)

早餐有麵包，米飯，魚和肉（品種少），煎雞蛋，麵條，類似疙瘩湯的東西，果汁，牛奶，咖啡，茶。大多數都是微辣的，當地沒有番茄醬都是番茄甜辣醬。我吃不慣孩子（16歲）吃着還行。晚餐都沒人在酒店吃，我們吃了兩回還可以就是等待的時間太長了。卧室的垃圾桶裏有食物垃圾因此招來螞蟻。不知他們的吹風機為什麼不訂在牆上。衛生間的垃圾桶不放在馬桶旁有類似清潔的噴頭（當地所有的衛生間裏都有噴頭不習慣用）。不想他們天天打掃衛生就掛上“請勿打擾”的牌好了，打掃得話按照慣例在枕頭下放點小費他們就會一併收走了。酒店有寫和國內的插頭一樣的其實沒有還有自己帶轉換插頭！枕頭不舒服總是塌下去我們自帶的素萬乳膠枕。大堂工作人員不會中文英文還行，也可以用翻譯軟件交流。酒店沒有麪巾需要自帶，洗漱用品也很次牙刷毛很硬手柄很軟。有冰箱有保險柜。上樓乘電梯需要刷房卡！ 酒店的衛生間，外景，早餐，泳池，大廳，卧室陽台拍的還上夕陽。清晨的視頻僅供參考！
