What wonderful hosts!! They catered for us at short notice and the staff were brilliant!! Nathan, Ellie and Aaron were outstanding throughout. It was a busy night in half term and they did not stop throughout! We were in a half term trip with out children. I honestly have not seen the same work ethic as these three in any hotel I have ever stayed in!! They were outstanding, managed everything from check in to the restaurant and all helping each other when they could. 10/10 I would stay in any premier inn if the standard was like they have shown here this week!!

Great stay at the Premier Inn Malvern from the moment we arrived until we left we were well looked after. We opted for early book in and arrived at 1130am we were provided with the room we requested with no dramas. Reception were very helpful and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was brilliant we gave an estimated time and when we came down there were no queues and plenty of clean tables.

The staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and we were very impressed with the service we received from them. The rooms and catering etc were all we have come to expect from Premier Inn; to a very high standard and always consistently good. We will definitely return again!

Staff were truly excellent. Always helpful and friendly, the atmosphere was very welcoming throughout our whole stay. The hotel felt clean, warm and secure. Convenient with parking on site. Restaurant was a little small for the size of hotel so filled up at breakfast before we decided we wanted to eat there one morning. So you really need to book a table the night before if you want to eat on site. Beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet all night. Pillows were a bit too thick for my comfort, but that seems to be the case in most hotels I find these days. Otherwise excellent all round.

This is a regular premier inn on a trading estate. It's well out of town but fairly quiet. The building is starting to look tired but we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. There are retail park shops nearby. There is no EV charging at the hotel, you need to walk 500 meters to the Aldi car park.

The outside appearance of the Malvern Premier Inn says it all. Dirt stained and in need of thorough redecoration. Inside it’s careworn and needs a complete refurbishment. It reminded me of a Travelodge. Rooms were smaller than we normally find at Premier Inns with no separate sofa (we had three rooms). Aircon was good at cooling but not at heating the room. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient and breakfast was as expected.
