Casa Limon 檸檬之家

Pasamos un fin de semana muy agradable en Casa Limón. El lugar es muy lindo, está bien ubicado porque puedes fácilmente ir caminando al Centro de Malinalco, a la zona arqueológica y al Museo Vivo. El desayuno estuvo muy rico, el pan delicioso, pero sobre todo la atención, la actitud y el servicio de las personas que se encargan del hotel; desde que empezamos a solicitar la información hasta nuestro check out todos fueron muy amables. Como en cualquier sitio siempre hay cosas que se pueden mejorar, en Casa Limón puedo decir que son pequeños detalles de mantenimiento. Nada que no se pueda arreglar. He visto comentarios negativos sobre los insectos, es obvio que en lugares cálidos salgan arañas y más, a esas personas les recomiendo que cuando vayan a Malinalco visiten el Museo Vivo, quizá comiencen a apreciar a esas criaturas. Gracias al Sr. Raúl, la Srita. Karen y las demás personas que trabajan en Casa Limón y que hicieron nuestra estancia muy placentera.

Very unprofessional when it comes to answering our calls and emails after our stay. We stayed at Casa, Limon in Malinalco,MX October 18 & 19th 2024. When we booked our stay we paid an additional 140.00 for a couples massage. We changed our mind about the massage and contacted them to cancel the massages. We were told (via email) that it would not be an issue and that we would be refunded when we were there. Management was not available for the refund while we were there. Once in the states, Management (RAUL) promised to refund this charge. We have received excuse after excuse and no refund. We have waited for almost 3 months and still no refund. In addition to this you need to be aware of a theft problem they have at the hotel. On the day we were leaving we left a tip for the cleaning ladies. Ten minutes after we left the room, my wife returned to the room to leave the tip in smaller bills and take the larger bill. The tip had already been stolen from the room. The cleaning ladies were arriving as we discovered this. The only employee there when we left the tip was the night watchman. We informed the cleaning ladies and confronted the night watchman. Of course he denied taking it but he was the only one there. He left because his shift was over. We had my sister and her husband check their room for the tip they left in their room. That tip had also "disappeared." The pictures on their website do not accurately represent the current condition of the hotel. It needs alot of attention. Some of issues: Beds are hard and not comfortable. The doors were very hard to lock and unlock. The windows do not have shades. This is not a luxury or boutique hotel and not worth the price. I strongly recommend you stay somewhere else.
