陽明山溫泉攬月會館(Moonlight Hotel)

10 月 12 日至 19 日，我剛剛在斯塔利斯月光酒店度過了愉快的時光。這家旅館很小，很友好，確實不負眾望，有 20 個房間，很小，有家庭經營的感覺，酒吧裡的人讓你感覺很受歡迎，我想還有兩個姐妹？廚師和清潔人員都很棒，雖然英語說得比男孩們少，但這確實不是問題，經理/老闆也非常友好。我覺得這個位置恰到好處，因為它位於主樓安靜的一側，我們在晚上根本沒有噪音。房間非常乾淨，維護得很好，歐陸式早餐實際上有熱食，非常好。這只是一家二星級酒店，我覺得它實際上應該是三星級酒店，但我猜那是因為沒有游泳池，但說你可以使用馬路對面的游泳池我想解決其他評論中的一些問題，比如你必須付費使用游泳池，這是不正確的，您可以免費使用游泳池，但如果您想要日光浴床，則需要2.50 歐元，所有客人甚至住在那裡的人都要付費，而且所有日光浴床均按斯塔利斯收費，所以我覺得對酒店進行審查和關閉酒店是不公平的我想解決有人說的額外費用，因為我再次感到不公平，因為tui 清單上清楚地寫著保險箱、冰箱和空調需要支付少量費用，因此在降價之前請先閱讀您的廣告。進入酒店需要幾步之遙，但如果您要求低樓層，則可以通過庭院門進入，所以這不是問題，因為沒有電梯評論，它有2 層樓，而且在tui 上也清楚地列出了，而且經理老闆每次早餐都在那裡每天晚上都沒有失敗......我/我們真的非常享受在這裡的住宿，我已經在6 月重新預訂了一周，再次感謝您度過了一個愉快的假期，我/我們將在2024 年6 月見到您

Was my first time in Crete went with a friend. Have to say, the hotel staff where amazing! Brothers Boyan and Simon work mainly in the hotel bar were extremely helpful about anything we needed e.g bed linen, towels, restaurants, bars, booking tours, any info we needed. The room was ok but the shower was a bit small still fine though also there was a patio which had a decent view, no pool, but wasn't a problem as you can use the pool of the hotel across the road for free. The breakfast was good, fresh fruit, bacon, sausages, boiled eggs, cereals, toast, orange juice, tea and coffees. The hotel bar was a great starting place for us and the drinks and cocktails were not expensive. We were there for 11 nights, but wasn't long enough, would definitely come back again! Thanks guys!!! This delightful hotel is family-run and small enough that you can easily get to know everyone by name. It was our third visit but many guests had been there more than 20 times! The welcome is always very warm - it feels like coming home ❤️. A huge thank you to Manolis, Eva, George, Arianna, Evalina, Boyan and Simon who work so hard to ensure a perfect stay - we love those guys! The hotel is very clean, the breakfasts are tasty (both Greek & English), the rooms are comfy and the gardens are beautiful. We can't thank the team enough - they can't do enough for you - we will certainly be back next year.

This hotel is at the far end of stalis towards Malia. The hotel itself has no pool or sun beds, even thought in the description by Tui, it states that there are beds in the garden. There are no beds and no garden. The hotel website states that it has a library. This is merely a collection of books on a couple of shelves on the stairs leading out of the ground floor. The hotel description states that it has a tv lounge with leather sofas, I don't know where this was, as apart from the rooms and reception, I saw nothing else. This is no lift and the upper rooms are only accessible by the stairs. It is not suitable for a person with mobility issues. The air con and the safety deposit box are chargeable at a rate of 60 and 20 euros respectively. The amount are not made very clear by Tui or on the hotels website. My rooms balcony was very narrow only able to accommodate two chairs and a small table with room get very comfortable. In relation to the bedding and towels, these were only changed once during my stay with no option to have further changes even at an additional charge. The bathroom was adequate but he the shower cubicle was very small, if you dropped something there was no room to bend down to pick it up. All things considered I would not recommend this hotel. The manager was rarely there and in the breakfast, reception area, everything area an older woman dressed in black sat most mornings I don't know who she was, but I assume she owned the hotel It was not very nice to be stared at whilst trying to eat. The hotel is kept very clean as are the rooms, there are many hotels close by offering better facilities for 30 to 40 euros per night

We booked a weeks holiday through TUI to this hotel. It's an excellent small hotel! Rooms are very clean & cleaned every day, staff are friendly & very helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices for all types of diets. The 'Moonlight bar' attached to the hotel (opens at @ 6-6:30pm) is an excellent place to sit & have a drink before/after your dinner and on return to the hotel, indeed, the bar is so warm & friendly, even guests from the larger hotel opposite, visited the Moonlight's bar every evening because of the welcoming ambience. All in, I would thoroughly recommend the 'Moonlight Hotel'.

Just back from our annual trip to Moonlight & as usual it felt like we had never been away !!.The lovely warm welcome we always receive from Manos,Eva,George & Arianne reminds us of why we come back year after year.It goes without saying that Bojan & Simon are the stars of the show & both work so very hard to create a brilliant atmosphere in the hotels bar along with the best cocktails in Stalis !! .This year we had the big surprise of seeing little Zoe again which made our stay extra special.💞💞. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean & breakfasts are always of a good standard.This year the side terrace now has a shaded arbor which together with large parasols on the front terrace gives great options for sunny or shaded options to enjoy breakfast alfresco. We simply love this hotel & the wonderful family who run it which is why we always return year after year.

Lovely, lovely stay at the Moonlight for the last two weeks. Well furnished and clean room which was attended every day and clean sheets and towels every three days. Great location, being more central than I first realised but this was a bonus as everything we needed was at hand. The staff and owners of the hotel are all great. Polite, chatty, friendly and eager to help if they can. Breakfast was excellent and the bar is brilliantly run and doesn't disturb even if open very late. Great cocktails at a good price. We were in room four and yes you can hear some noise in the mornings as things get set up for breakfast but unavoidable really in a small hotel. We used the sunbeds, beach, pool etc at the Ariadne hotel opposite. Sunbeds and umbrellas €2.50 per item for the day and you can use their facilities. It's also a great stretch of beach in that area. We did about 7 trips around the East of the island and most were booked with Eleni in the travel centre next to the Moonlight. She's lovely and very helpful and did us some good deals. There is an extra charge for AC, small fridge and safe if required. This was about €170 for the two weeks. Not a shock as we're used to this on holiday, and all required so add to your budget if you need these. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs if you're a light sleeper but we would thoroughly recommend this hotel and area and hope to return at some point.

Wonderful stay at the moonlight. Big shout out to Boyan & Simon at the bar who were great, visited most evenings for a pre meal drink before heading into the small ***** of bars and restaurants (I say small bit it was actually surprising as there's more than I expected. Hotel as I'm sure you know doesn't have its own pool but the hotel opposite has a great pool and direct beach access, beds are charged but it's a great way to spend the day with full use of the pool and beach. (Look out for the donut man selling his donuts... Delicious.) The breakfast as the moonlight surprised me as I feel it was much more than they needed to offer in this price range and star rating. The two ladies who do breakfast are wonderful and friendly with a warm welcome every morning. We had room 13 which was great very clean and newly renovated with a great wrap around balcony. It was a little noisy due to its location to the breakfast room but that can't be helped. It could also have benefited from black out blinds and curtains as come sunrise the room was flooded with light so be mindful of this if your a light sleeper like myself. However don't let this put you off the hotel great and we would definitely 100% return. Huge thank you to George who ordered us a taxi to the near by village of koutouloufari so we could visit family staying nearby. Unfortunately the taxi didn't come and George actually took us in his own car which was totally above and beyond. We can't believe how amazing the staff have been here and it's definitely on our return list. If your considering booking the hotel don't hang about get it booked you will not be disappointed. Great location Amazing staff Clean rooms Crisp white sheets Great Aircon Oh and not forgetting the little visits from the little dog that used to come visit most days for strokes and chills in the shade by the bar. Overall we had an amazing stay and didn't want to come home. Thanks to everyone at moonlight

Lovely quite hotel not 2 mins from.the beach and local shops and restaurants .The hotel and bar staff are very friendly and willing to help you locate the best restaurants and other things to do in the area ,rooms are clean the breakfast were good ,it was lovely to stay here and meet new people and not forgetting Rocky the dog 😊
