We spent the first 10 nights of our stay in Santa Susanna with family & friends, we decided to extend our stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. As we were well into the end of the season, some hotels were closing. Luckily for us, this place was reccomended to us by another local business. We arrived unannounced and contacted the owner by telephone via the notice on the front door. The owner was lovely, let us in to take a look around. This place is absolutely a gem of the old town in Malgrat De Mar. It's an authentic Spanish style hotel, complete with a beautiful courtyard, and gorgeous roof terrace. The rooms are spotlessly cleaned, beds super comfortable & made us feel so welcome. We were lucky to be offered a room to the rear of the hotel which offered views to a small church. Although the rooms at the front and roof terrace had a gorgeous view of the sea. I can't fault this place, it's everything we love about a traditional Spanish hotel. If you have only ever stayed in the ”tourist” part of Malgrat in bigger hotels but would prefer to experience the old town this place is for you! Ideal location, 2 minute walk from the bustle of the old town. If you want amazing views of Malgrat, take the lift up to the gorgeous park above the town! Definitely our spot for future trips!

可愛的酒店,位於一個很好的位置,就在火車站旁邊,所以很棒的基地可以探索,距離巴塞羅那1個小時,美麗的海灘,但不適合游泳或兒童,因爲它有一個非常台階的架子。更多的活動在聖蘇珊娜的長海灘,步行20分鐘,更熱鬧。酒店本身很乾淨可愛的房間(我們的海景很壯觀)小但實用。所有的包容性都很棒,食物非常出色,品種繁多,儘管不適合較小的孩子。我只有一個投訴/問題,因爲我們都是包容的,我們支付了2歐元的飲料卡,在結賬時可以退款,這是很常見的,但我們用塑料杯供應飲料,在游泳池邊再次很好,但晚上沒有雖然坐在主酒吧,但工作人員不會爲我們提供適當的眼鏡,全包菜單上的雞尾酒也是酒精的量度,用機器預製的混合器,但付費客戶會得到一些適當的雞尾酒,當我們向這個工作人員講話時,告訴我們付錢的顧客只得到適當的雞尾酒,並被允許使用玻璃,我們還沒有付錢!!我們也可能喝更多,現在我們組的年齡從40歲到70歲不等,所以決不是大酒鬼。這個故事的寓意是,工作人員似乎並不關心的是,我們確實爲我們的食品和飲料支付了費用,我們提前支付了我們的預訂旅行前的選擇,這可能很昂貴,所以所有的客戶都應該得到晚上在適當的眼鏡上喝同樣的飲料。大多數工作人員都很可愛和友好,但就像任何地方一樣,有幾個沒有個性。不過會回到該地區,甚至可能回到酒店!!

一個漂亮的設備齊全的公寓(只是缺少一個咖啡機和沙拉碗!)。3個真正的臥室和一個相當大的露台。大樓的游泳池維護得很好。提供牀單,茶巾和毛巾,一個真正的加!

Rooms basic...coffee machine only for espresso coffee...take a travel kettle if you like a decent drink. No drawers only shelves. No bath mat. No tissues. Don't go expecting a view...balconies are close to hotels nextdoor so hardly any sun. Infact no where to sit in the sun other than round the pool and that area is tiny. Lounge shut all day no where to have a coffee unless you go to pool bar with limited seating in the shade. Meals...plenty of choice...on the whole very enjoyable...however found some dishes especially fish undercooked. Infact it could of been the cause of d&v that I contacted. On the whole the hotel is fine. The staff lovely..especially Sylvia in the restaurant. The entertainment was good too. The bar never seemed to stock much. The beach bar was lovely on the hot days

Arrived at 1am and had to do a 10 minute walk to Hotel Horitzo which we already knew about. We met a lovely receptionist that sorted out our keys, took our tax payment and did the E200 authorisation on the card. When we we back to the appartments the vending machine had barely any stock and every thing was shut. The sofa bed was not made up, so wearily we climbed into bed after making it. The matress was so thin that the bars from the sofa pushed through and I was in pain and barely slept. In the morning we awoke to a massive stench of drains, the spare pillows did not have pillow cases and there was BLOOD spatters on the curtains. I went back to reception to complain. Another lovely receptionist moved us up to the 8th floor, this time there was no smell, a clean apartment and a comfortable sofa bed. The manager popped in to see us which was a nice touch. I showed him the balcany as the glass divider was cracked and he already knew about it. I did some shopping and we settled in. But there was a big ***** of the kitchen unit missing, no hot water and only one bath towel. Also when I tried to plug the kettle in the base was all melted - really dangerous. Finally I discovered the hob did not work! Not great for self catering I went back to reception in the other hotel (there was no reception at all in the apartment block - just an empty office). They replaced the kettle, towel and fixed the water. But the did not fix the hob and had no spare apartments to move us to, and was very apologetic about it. I filled in the online survey asking for a free meal as I could not cook anything and I was ignored. The area where the apartment block is on the beach, near the caravan parks and is about 15-20 walk (all flat) into the main town. There is a very expensive little supermarket nearby and a bar. But lots of closed bars and restaurants, it was like a ghost town. It maybe because it was April and things werent open yet? The views from every apartment face the sea and they are spectacular. There is a little playground and a couple of nice restaurants about 5 minutes away. Although the staff were genuinely lovely, it was painful to keep trapsing down everytime I discovered a problem. I wouldnt return to these apartments, but may consider staying at the hotel puely based on how nice the staff were? Note: the E200 deposit was back in thr bank account the day after returning.

從各個層面來看,位置就在海灘前方,景色迷人。在餐館和商店周圍的一切中心。工作人員很棒,非常樂於助人,可以滿足任何需要的建議和預訂。酒店的內部簡直無法形容,可以看到令人驚歎的大海景色。每個房間都有不同的獨特的整理,很乾淨。我們和家人在那裏住了1周,我們真的很想呆更長的時間,因爲它真的感覺到了家。早餐很新鮮,咖啡是必須嘗試的!強烈推薦,絕對是我們的目的地。感謝Maria和所有工作人員的這次獨特的住宿!
