My family and I were taken care of by Kishore, who was an exceptional host. He helped us from the moment we arrived until the day we departed, always making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The Hard Rock hotel is well equipped with everything one could desire on a family vacation. The swimming pool and beach have a great atmosphere frequently filled with music events and activities. The food is top notch and very diverse. Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy from a wide range of activities, such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (highly recommended), weight training center, Zumba classes and more. We will definitely return for a second round of paradise.

Dear SAii Lagoon Maldives, We stayed for 9 nights from 01.09.2023 with all inclusive in a Beach room. If I had to summarize it briefly, I would say: everything and everyone was wonderful!!!! I would like to single out a few names and welcome them: ADITYA (Beach Club Swim Up Bar): I wish there were such nice and friendly people everywhere, thanks for the delicious cocktails! Y L and ABI (Hard Rock Caffe): sensational figures, thank you for the unforgettable experiences, they provided the best restaurant service! UDESH (Tom Yam): very attentive and knew from day 2 what kind of coffee we wanted ”half cup” :) ALISHA and EDDY (Breakfast): they were very nice, Eddy told a lot about the island. Thanks. INDI (Infinity Pool Bar): thank you for the delicious food and cocktails. I trust that they will pass on our personal thanks to them! Although the weather could have been better (unfortunately there was a lot of rain and clouds), overall we had a great time. There is cleanliness everywhere. It was a special experience that we had to choose from the menu at every meal except for breakfast, and whatever we chose was very tasty and tasty. A big advantage, you can also go to the Hard Rock hotel, where the service is very nice. The Beach room back was more than enough, as there were days when we only went to the room in the evening after breakfast. What other hotel in the world gives you a Bon Voyage cake for breakfast on the day of checking out? Admittedly I'd been staying there for nearly 3 weeks, but when the cake turned up with the kitchen staff in tow it was a surprising culmination to 3 weeks of excellent service, tasty food, and comfortable sleeping. The hotel is very conveniently located within 5 minutes' walk of the ferry from the airport. Or you can take the hotel’s car, but why would you not take a boat in the Maldives? There’s a choice of restaurants, breakfast with just about every choice you could wish for, and a small gym. There’s also a pool next to the roof-top restaurant with the best view in the Indian Ocean. Most people probably spend only a day or two in Male, but if you’re looking for somewhere very pleasant to spend that time, Hotel Jen should be at the top of your list.

整個瑪累的賓館恐怕都是漢庭級別。衹能作為過渡賓館。服務非常好，免費接送，東西落在賓館也給送到機場。建議大家訂帶陽台的小套房，不然房間太小了 很壓抑。剛來第一晚定的普通房，很小！！！回去之前又多留存一晚住的套房，覺得還比較舒適。

我只住了一晚,整個住宿建設都在進行中。當你聽到那聲音時,感覺不是那麼愉快。但是,接待人員都非常有禮貌,友好,樂於助人。我要求延遲退房,我得到了。此外,這是一個星期五,我需要去清真寺祈禱,但我沒有合適的制服,但酒店工作人員幫助我整理了這個案件,我真的很高興。房間超級乾淨,超級舒適,我喜歡。但是,毛巾只有兩個人一個,我不知道爲什麼。因爲我的夥伴正在國外飛行,我是唯一使用那條毛巾的人。在我住宿結束時,我離開這家酒店時充滿了積極的情緒,並真誠地向所有人推薦。即使是5*豪華度假勝地,也會發生小事情,根據我的工作經驗。您在住宿期間不會後悔。非常感謝全體員工。很抱歉,我無法提及接待和禮賓人員的名字。

已經是馬累能訂到的非常不錯的酒店了，服務也很好。距離機場相當近，作為過渡酒店是很不錯的。衛生的話還是有待提高，但總體過渡一下還是比較放心的。雖然和價格比起來很貴，不過帶小朋友的話還是比較推薦這裏作為過渡酒店的

Lovely new hotel! Very fashionable design and clean. I can see the stingray sometimes nearby my villa. Better to choose ocean room instead of lagoon as it faces male and it’s quiet bright at night

住了兩個晚上 優點: 與周圍價格比起來便宜很多 大致上乾淨 位置很棒 離海灘只有一個街區 附近小餐廳也不少 缺點: 1. 預約了機場接送卻沒有來 打了電話通知 說很快會來 等了半小時後再打 卻說無法過來要我們自行轎車前往 2. 大致上算是乾淨 不過床單浴巾可以看到小污漬 3. 說信用卡機壞了只能收現金 到最後一天也沒有修好 4. 行前EMAIL讓旅店幫忙訂1 DAY TOUR 不過到了之後發現沒有確認 開價也比EMAIL中高了10-20元 (到H78旁的店家問到比較便宜的價格 但決定信任旅店 用比較貴的價格跟旅店訂了 不過事後發現就是H78旁的店家承接 行程整體是值得推薦的) 不在意細節服務可以入住

Das Beehive zeigt ein 5m2 Zimmer an, weswegen ich etwas gespannt war- aber in Wahrheit ist es viel größer. Es war ordentlich, AC und Wifi funktionierte und alles in gutem Zustand. Die Außenanlagen und die Fenster dürften gerne wieder geputzt und gesäubert werden. Da sieht alles etwas lieblos aus. Der Service war gut, hatte aber seine Probleme mit CTrip. 2x stand ich relativ lange da und musste warten. Auch beim checkout wurde mir noch eine Rechnung vom inklusive Frühstück präsentiert. Da läuft wohl alles über booking normalerweise. Sonst aber ein gutes Hotel für eine Nacht bevor man weiter fliegt/schifft.

Very unorganized hotel. Lack of any communications. I asked through both direct emails and 3rd party booking portal for airport pickup but never got response. When I finally did research and decided to go by myself through taxi, they showed up at airport and insisted to pick me up there with surcharge. It is fine for charging, but please don’t do unexpected charges like this especially when customer tried to plan ahead. Also we asked for transferring us back next day to catch up speedboat. They did poor communication to the next representative again, and send us to the airport late so boat has left. We wasted our full day to arrange the transfer. Staff are actually friendly if you ask them, but they aren’t very helpful to make your trip smoother. Room-wise, it is very dim in bathroom. Can’t do cosmetic daytime, or shower at night. Hot water went out for 3 mins. We found roaches at floor. There’s also left clothes from last guest. Broken outlet for hair dryer. I didn’t expect much given the price and this for quick transient stay only, but confusing guest and make their trip delay and wasted vacations can be a very serious problem.
